Good

Positives - good sized property, large pool 5 metres away, parking right outside. Very private outdoor space. Negatives- no air con and ceiling fans not that great. Would have been an issue in very hot weather. Stairs very steep so tricky with infants. Conil 15-20 mins walk, no restaurants etc very close (but supermarket next door)
