Austråtlunde landscape conservation area with a rich bird and plant life. 8 km to Brekstad with grocer, restaurant and fast boat connection to Trondheim and Kristiansund. Close to the marina, there is a separate building for gutting and filleting fish. There is a smoking oven, good freezer capacity and cupboard space to store fishing equipment.
