This inviting space features a lovely double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The expansive open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, with large windows that create a warm atmosphere. You'll find a cosy double sofa bed in the lounge and a dining table with three chairs in the kitchen, making it ideal for both lounging and dining. Please note that access to the bathroom is via the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay, complete with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and washing machine, allowing you to enjoy home-cooked meals during your visit.
Our East Pallant Apartments offer a charming collection of self catered, serviced accommodation tailored for your pleasure. Our top-floor apartment offers breath-taking views of the historic city, accessible by two flights of stairs, as there's no lift in the building.

Upon arrival, we provide a welcome hamper for our guests. The hamper includes milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, washing up liquid, matches, kitchen roll, tissues, bin bags, pen, salt, pepper, fire lighters, and tinfoil. Additionally, the hamper contains some goodies such as wine, cookies, chocolates, and sweets. In the bathrooms, we provide shampoo and conditioner, and hand wash is available at each sink.
Experience ultimate convenience during your stay with our range of amenities for families. We offer a travel cot (please bring your own bedding) and a high chair, along with specially curated baby packs for 0-2 year olds and toddler packs for 2-4 year olds. To ensure availability, please request these items in advance for short stays. Rest assured that all items will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilised between each use, providing a safe and comfortable experience for you and your little ones. All items are to be left in the property at the end of your stay.

The Pallants are some very old streets in Chichester although our apartment is just laying back from this area, it still shares this unique tranquillity. As history goes, this part of Chichester belonged to the Archbishop and use to be called the Palantine. The word palantine means 'of the palace' however as time went on is gradually became what it is today - 'Pallant'.
Chichester Retreat, Chichester is situated in a very quiet, residential quarter of Chichester, providing convenient access to a myriad of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes right in the heart of Chichester City Centre. Immerse yourself in the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, contemporary art, and rich historical sites, all at your fingertips.
The location of the townhouse offers incredibly convenient access to the South Downs countryside, exciting events at Goodwood and the stunning South Coast. Imagine being just a 20-minute drive away from the beautiful Pagham and Selsey Beaches, and a mere 20-minute drive from the renowned dunes of West Wittering.
The Goodwood Estate is just a 10 minutes drive, which offers a myriad of events throughout the season including motor-racing (Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members Meetings) and horse-racing. There are buses and many taxi companies operating in the area, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help in organising this.
If you fancy a round of golf the Chichester Golf Club is a 12 minute drive away and offers indoor and outdoor adventure golf as well as their tower and cathedral courses for the keen golfer!
Chichester boasts many beautiful parks, some of which with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens offer stunning views of this historic city.
The city walls walk which encircle the Chichester and the cathedral are great if you like to soak up the history of the city.
Chichester canal is a 10 minute walk away and from here you can either walk, bike or take a boat trip through to Chichester Marina.
Pallant Gallery is also a lovely place to visit and is located only a few feet away from the house!
Chichester’s City Gate is an area near the train station which has restaurants, cinema, bowling, arcade games and laser quest.
