Idyllic

Setting,house, pool and views were beautiful. Radicondoli is an old hill town with no modern surroundings. It is quiet with 4 good restaurants, a small grocery, butcher, pharmacy. Siena, San Gimignano, Voltera and wineries are all an hour away so depending on how much driving you want to do this may not be the place for everyday day trips. The pool was warm enough to use even in May. It is a place to relax and drink in rural life and dining.

Beautiful surroundings and gorgeous pool

We stayed there for 14 days and surely enjoyed our holiday. The locations is rural Tuscany, olives groves and wine yard all around. Our favorite aspects were the view and the pool. The owner was very helpful when the the children needed medical attention. Negative aspects: We like to cook but the kitchen is poorly equipped, both equipment and ordinary tableware, which tainted our experience. A big watchdog was turned loose during the night to keep the deer away, barking and keeping us awake. Those are things that the owner can easily fix.

Beautiful home, hope to return!

We had a wonderful time staying at Il Colle as a group of 11 - 8 adults and three children. The property is beautiful - the photos don't do it justice! Very convenient for exploring Tuscany; Radicondoli nearby has great restaurants.

Traumhaftes Urlaubsziel

Die Lage des Anwesens ist einzigartig - eingebettet in einer traumhaften Landschaft.Es liegt total ruhig und abgeschieden. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, Francesca hat uns mit all unseren Fragen sehr unterstützt und vieles organisiert. Der Pool ist sehr schön, er wurde täglich gereinigt. Wir haben als Gruppe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, sehr viel Zeit auf dem großzügigen Gelände verbracht. Die traumhaften Städe Siena, Florenz, Volterra etc. sind in überschaubarer Zeit erreichbar. Immer wieder würden wir diesen Ort auswählen.

Toskana wir lieben Sie 😍

Der Urlaub in Radicondoli Il Colle war sehr schön. Die Landschaft ist einfach traumhaft und für Familien super geeignet. Die Eigentümer pflegen die Häuser sehr liebevoll. Mal sehen vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder zurück für einen weiteren Urlaub. Falls weitere Besucher zur Il Colle fahren, die Einfahrt ist direkt an einer Wildschweinfarm und es handelt sich dabei um einen Schotterweg, der sowohl mit Bodenwellen und auch mit ordentlichem Gefälle nichts für tiefergelegte Autos ist. SUV oder Geländewagen sind hier genau richtig dann macht der Weg richtig Spaß 😜

Superbe !

Excellent séjour. La maison est très bien agencée, respectant l'intimité de chacun et offrant plusieurs espaces communs agréables. Le jardin est grand offrant une vue magnifique sur le village perché. La piscine est parfaite pour tous. Toute la grande famille a passé de belles vacances.

Wonderful setting for a true Tuscan holiday experience

The property is beautiful, with a large garden with pool in a very calm and beautiful area of the Tuscany. Some cats, goats and sheep were also around. App. 3 km away you find the little village Radicondoli, reachable by car or via a small hiking trail up the hills, where a few cosy restaurants and a very small supermarket can be found. The two houses are big and well equipped and despite being old at good standards to live in. Unfortunately, no air conditioning was available which made sleeping quite tough in the hottest period of the year. All in all an amazing place to book for a large group - definitely recommendable!

Tolles Anwesen!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie also 9 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern da und waren rundum zufrieden. Die 2 Häuser liegen etwas abseits mitten in der Natur und sind nur über eine kleine Schotterpiste zu erreichen. Das Anwesen ist eigentlich genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Pool war sehr schön und super gepflegt und auch bei den Zimmern war alles super. Wer gerne ausgiebig duscht hat hier Probleme da der Wasserdruck in der Toskana nicht immer voll da ist...aber für uns war das kein größeres Problem dann muss man eben mal eine halbe Stunde warten. Kleine Anregung wäre noch die automatischen Lichter bei den Eingangstüren des Poolhauses zu ändern. Es wäre schön wenn der Gast hier selber entscheiden könnte wann das Licht an sein soll und wann nicht. Die Zeitschaltuhr lockt extrem viele Insekten an... Sonst waren wir extrem glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt und können das Anwesen 100% weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Beide Häuser sehr schön und sauber, großzügige Anlage mit viel Platz (für Kinder zum Spielen). Für jede Person ein großes Duschtuch vorhanden. Vermieterin Francesca sehr nett, spricht englisch. Die Zufahrt liegt an einer Wildschweinfarm und führt auf Schotterweg ca 700 m bergab, immer geradeaus durch die Tore durch.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Schöner alter Hof mit wunderbarem Pool. Absolut ruhige Lage um die Zeit zu genießen. Die Anfahrt ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich aber für jeder Mann machbar.

Great place!

Tranquility, breathtaking views, splendid swimming pool, friendly owners. Plenty of space. Highly reccomended. But even you don't like swet Tuscany, hate the glorious sun and disdain good food , go there just to meet Antonio , this rare set of vitamins. He will make your day!

We will definitely come back!!!

We loved our time at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. We spent 1 month at this wonderful and peaceful villa. It is a great location for exploring Tuscany. We did day trips to Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano from here. There is also a nearby town Radicondoli to buy groceries or a meal. The inside of the villa is very beautiful and charming and the surroundings are very lovely and peaceful. The pool is just perfect and the views are amazing! The owners are super helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend this villa to another family and I hope to visit it again with all my family!
