The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, family size fridge/freezer, air frier, washing machine and dishwasher and dining seating for four, there is also a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for two small cars and a rear garden with a gravelled area and lawn. Complimentary welcome pack on arrival. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Railway station is approx 1/3 mile away serving Barmouth /Harlech in one direction and Aberdovey/Oswestry in the other direction. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, 0.6 miles a pub and 0.7 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to North Wales at Hen Bopty. Note: The front garden is enclosed by wooden gates that can be shut after parking. Note: There is a step up into the kitchen/diner, please take care. Note: The steps up to the first floor are narrow and steep, please take care. Note: There is restricted head height and a narrow doorway leading into the king-size bedroom, please take care.

The cottage was perfect. I felt safe and secure. Location was ideal for walking and access to other areas. Cottage was well equipped especially if you wanted to cook meals. It was warm and comfortable. Having ab enclosed garden was perfect for dogs

Lovely traditional cottage very clean and comfortable tastefully decorated with all the mod cons. Everything you could wish for and more . Conveniently located to many places of interest. A short walk to the beach and stores etc Would stay again for sure.
