The villa offers free WIFI, English satellite TV , DVD . An ideal opportunity for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful peace and beauty of Playa Blanca. The Villa is well maintained and has an electrical heating pool and BBQ area fitted kitchen, separate dining room and living room with stunning views over the ocean.Pool table . Flexible changeover days.

Fijne villa op goede locatie

We hebben een fijn verblijf, van 4 weken, gehad in de villa. De villa zelf is wat gedateerd en heeft zeker onderhoud nodig. De ruimte was fijn voor ons gezelschap ( 2 stellen), met een ruime tuin en verwarmd zwembad. De ligging is ook ideaal, klein stukje lopen naar Flamingo beach. Wel aan een drukke weg en tegenover waterpark Aqualava. Van het waterpark heb je niet veel overlast ( in onze periode). De wekelijkse schoonmaak was fantastisch, de medewerkers waren aardig, zij verschoonden de bedden en handdoeken en maakten alles perfect schoon!!

Great location

The Villa was in a great location and sea views were fabulous.The decor was dated which was not a problem however i do feel that from the pictures on the website to now it is abit tired. Just needs some attention to detail ie, pool table, dart board, outside table cloth was all ripped.The hot water was fantastic, with 3 of us using it and not a problem at all.Communication with both Pam and Sandy were great.ofattention

The villa has everything one could need and more, one or two little things were not perfect but it was a lovely place to be based, the villa has all you need and help was always available - we had a lovely time and felt comfortable and had a great time - thank you Pascal

A total break away from everything.

I would highly recommend this villa to all...whether it's for couples, family or friends. I went with my 9 year old son...it had everything you could possibly need in the area, within walking distance.The villa itself was amazing and lacked nothing. Great Value and Location

A great villa in a perfect location. As others have mentioned, the villa is a little tired and the towels and sheets could do with changing. However the overall package and value is great and we had a wonderful time here.

Very good villa

A well equipped villa in a good location offering easy walking access to Playa Blanca centre (around 20 minutes) and Playa Flamingo (around 5 minutes. Also, around a three minute walk to the number 30 bus, which offers access to Playa Blanca central, Marina Rubicon and Faro Park. Buses both ways every 30 minutes on time and cheap from early til late. The swimming pool is a decent size and the pool table and darts added to the fun. The host was attentive and helped me with instructions on accessing the most comprehensive TV sports package I've ever seen (free). I did try to limit my viewing though, given that my wife was with me! Highly recommended.

Fantastic

My family and i have just arrived back from this property...what can i say other than it was perfect!! Pascual and Pam are fantastic hosts who go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you settle in. The property is situated perfectly within an easy walk to anything you could want or need as well as offering stunning views of the ocean. I would happily recommend this to anyone especially a family with young people (ours were 7 & 3). Thank you Pascual for an amazing place to spend our holiday!!

The villa had everything we needed. Was very clean on arrival and cleaned again after 1st week. Was well equipped. Pool area was excellent for getting sun all day. Great villa with everything you need. Good location if mobile. Taxis were very difficult to get to villa if calling from villa. Often did not show up. However 10 to 15 min walk max to good bars and restaurants. Great stay and very comfortable.

Der Blick auf das Meer ist großartig, aber durch die Lage direkt an einer zunehmend befahrenen Strasse ist der Lärm durch Autos und Busse sehr stören bis unerträglich. Die Villa ist in die Jahre gekommen, Türen klemmen, Fenster lassen sich nicht schließen. Der Poolbereich ist eng und die Poolpflege unprofessionell. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, die Reaktionszeit des Hauskeepings tadellos, die Lage bezüglich Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Zentrum hervorragend.

Had a lovely 2 week family stay in Pascaul’s villa, everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of kitchenware to use, he personally met us on arrival, such a lovely person, enjoyed the different areas that we could all chill out in, pool table and darts board were a hit with us all, if anything air conditioning Would be a major plus All in all a lovely stay

Lovely stay

Comfortable villa, lovely outside space. Pool regularly cleaned by owner. Villa cleaned to a high standard. Great location to walk to restaurants and shops but Road outside is just very noisy and coaches drop off people at the water park but leave their engines running for long periods of time which is annoying.

Perfect location and stunning view!

Thank you for a lovely stay at your villa ! The location is excellent , can explore Playa Blanca on foot and use hire car for ventures further afield . Very clean on arrival and had all the facilities we needed for a family week away . Accommodation as photographer . Would benefit from some modernisations buy it is priced very fairly with this in mind . Would definitely visit again . Thank you 😀☀️.

Little Gem

The property is in a great location, the amenities are close to perfection. The property has 3 great bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, good size kitchen and small dining area. The outside area, with private pool is amazing. The views from the terrace over to Fuerteventura is amazing. The house could do with a bit of modernising but nothing was major or had a negative impact on our stay. We will book this again.

Great villa but needs some TLC

The villa is in a great location and we did not struggle to get taxis to Playa Blanca town. The villa itself was enough for what we wanted but it needs some TLC. The décor is outdated and it lets itself down due to the lack of care. The oven had no shelving which made it difficult to cook with. The rooms do not have any aircon only fans which you need to leave on 24/7 to feel the difference. The door in the kitchen cannot be opened without it letting out an awful sound so the dining room gets very hot. The pool table is unusable due to neglect, but the dart board was fine (just bring your own darts). The pool tends to get dirty easily no matter how much you use the net. We would have like the pool to have had more regular attention to reduce the issues. We believe that if the villa had a little more investment put into it, it could be amazing. The only thing that disappointed us was extra charges just before arrival. The villa quite clearly is for 6 people (6 beds, 6 sunbeds etc). We originally booked for 5 and notified Pascual of a sixth visitor before we flew out, however we then had to pay an addition surcharge for this extra visitor. We felt this was unfair due to already paying for the villa, and the sixth person not needing anything extra from Pascual or the villa itself. However, whenever we has any issues Pascual was great and resolved things as quickly as possible so we cannot fault him as a host. If the villa had more investment we would be happy to return.

Relaxing stay

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Lovely villa with everything you should need! The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows! Clean and spacious and peaceful! With a 10 min walk to shops, bars, and the beach what more could you want! Pascal, what a lovely man, nice touch with a bag of ice in the freezer and 2 chilled glasses waiting for us!

Not the most modern villa but very comfortable with many different areas to hang out. Fabulous sea view from the balcony. Perfect for sundown cocktails. Exceedingly well stocked kitchen with virtually every gadget you could possibly need.

A great place to stay to see Lanzarote

We had a great stay, the villa was lovely - well equipped and spacious, the pool was great too. All the check-in and check-out arrangements went to plan. The location is ideal for the lovely beach at Playa Flamingo which is about 5 minutes away, and for kids the Aqua lava water park is very close. Definitely recommend staying here, we may well do so again. Suggest taking a hike up to the volcano crater behind the town and doing the full volcano tour while on the island. Also if you want to venture further afield, the walk (or run) along the coast to the lighthouse or the other way to the busier end of town is worth it.

Vista Fureteventura

My Wife and I have just returned from 5 weeks at Vista Fureteventura, Pascual and his Wife were excellent hosts and were readily on hand to sort out any issue. The location of the Villa was excellent for us and the views from the terrace spectacular. The villa is a large space with different areas for people to sit. We were a party of two for 4 of the 5 weeks and were joined by my Wife’s parents for 1 week. I felt that a group of 6 may find the Kitchen area to be small. Although there is lots of equipment, cupboard space to store groceries is very limited. Of course if you’re mostly eating out that won’t be an issue. The pool was heated and cleaned weekly by Pascual. We’re already missing Playa Blanca and our temporary home at Vista Fureteventura as well as Pascual’s two lovely dogs, Marie and Snoopy.

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa is in an excellent position and very clean. We were well looked after by Santiago upon arrival and any problems were dealt with swiftly. Overall the villa is great and the only small negative to us was that the pool area/pool table/dart board could do with a bit of updating. We will be back and would recommend. Thanks Pascual.

New year stay

Excellent clean villa, super location with nearby shops and bars and only a 20 minute walk to playa blanca or 2 minutes in a taxi. The apartment caters for all your needs with private swimming pool. Communication throughout was also excellent. Thanks for everything. Ps could do with a toaster !
