Built to make the most of the sublime scenery, the terracotta-tiled patio offers a front-row seat to the phenomenal countryside panoramas. A glittering nine-metre pool sits centre stage, featuring an underwater bench where you can sit back and relish the views. Cool off and step into its sparkling waters, then stretch out on a poolside lounger to top up the tan. The wooden beamed veranda is snug, with an outdoor sofa area shaded from the hot Spanish sun. A beautiful white stone barbecue completes the patio, with worktops on either side for prepping up an evening feast. Follow a stone path through a topiary archway to a table tennis set-up. If you can bring yourself away from the spectacular gardens, the main house has its feet planted in tradition. The exteriors are a symbol of the enchanting architecture of the island, with a mix of stucco white walls fringed with a rustic stone facade border, wooden shutters, and marble pillars. As you head inside, its authentic character will charm you with high ceilings, traditional wooden beams, burnt orange floor tiles, and expansive archways that allude to spaciousness and light. The living room is the epitome of a rustic Mallorca home, designed as a wide open-plan space with plush sofas and wooden furnishings circling an antique stone fireplace. Adjoined in the next room is the kitchen, built in a country-chic design with vintage wooden cabinetry that is enhanced by the mosaic-tile backsplash. Built as a bungalow set over a single floor, you'll find one ensuite double and two twin bedrooms, alongside a family bathroom.

Situated behind the Bay of Pollensa, hop in the car and you're just a short drive away from Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, and Pollensa town. Walk down the narrow cobbled streets of Alcudia Old Town and learn about the island's fascinating past at an information-packed museum. If you're looking for a day at the beach, then the white sands of San Pere and Sa Font de Sant Joan beaches are a short drive away, dotted with sunbeds flanking their crystal-clear waters. Sample some freshly caught seafood and homemade tapas at family-run tavernas and waterfront restaurants in Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa town.
