An idyllic mid-terraced cottage resting on the outskirts of Ambleside within the Lake District, and can sleep up to four people in two bedrooms.
Little Brook is a characterful mid-terrace cottage nestled on the outskirts of Ambleside within the Lake District. Boasting a family room with a double and a single, as well as a king-size, this property can sleep a total of four guests. The first floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the ground floor is home to a kitchen/diner, a utility room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with outdoor seating and a brook flowing through, and ample off-road parking is available to the front. Little Brook is a wonderful dwelling from which to enjoy an incredible escape to the Lake District. Note: Set on a steep hill, not suitable for those with limited mobility.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, heated clothes airer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, iPod dock, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Enclosed garden with lawn, decking and brook. Front garden with bike storage and drying area for outdoor gear. Off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles; pub 0.3 miles .
