Lovely comfortable 3 bed house, semi rural, 5 min walk to beach.
Lovely stylish home with shady spots to relax and eat. Comfortable bedrooms and a fabulous kitchen. A 5 min walk down the road to access one of the best beaches on the island.
This is not a party house or luxury villa rental, it is our home, designed with care and consideration for you to enjoy.
It is situated within its own enclosed garden, located in a semi wooded area within the residential urbanisation of Cala Llenya. Its breezy terrace and cool interior will make you want to never leave except for a swim in the cool crystal waters of the sea.
There is a great beach bar and a few restaurants in the local area as well as a small food shop for basic provisions an easy walk away. . The town of Sant Carles, a short drive away will provide further varied and great restaurants, a fantastic ice cream parlour, several cafes, bakery and supermarket, as well as a miriad of boutiques and the famous Las Dalias hippy market! There are of course many other beaches close by worth exploring such as Cala Nova, Es Figural and Cala Boix.

I was an island girl, my childhood was spent living here and while i have lived away for the intervening years, married had children etc this is still where i call home. This house, bought just a few years ago is still a work in progress as is the garden. We are doing it mostly on our own as a way to keep our semi retired selves busy.
It is our life project and were it not for B--x-t we would be here far more but as it stands we can't and so are willing to share our lovely little corner with those of you who promise to take care of it and enjoy it as we do.

Why they chose this property
This part of the island is my home and my husband loves to swim year round in the early morning before anybody wakes so it was an obvious choice, we were very lucky to be able to fulfill our dream.
Its the perfect spot for a quiet beach holiday without being too isolated. A car is definately recommended. Note that the little road up to our drive is a bit bumpy.

What makes this property unique
The beach is a 5 minute walk, clear blue crystal waters, warm white sandy family beach. There are many other beaches to explore nearby, many restaurants and markets and towns to explore in the surrounding area.
