Great location!! 3BR 2 BA Heated Pool Home! 3 min to #1 rated Siesta Key.

Your "Beach Home" is a private house ONE and 1/4 miles to Siesta Key. This is a Totally Renovated three bedroom, two bath home! It is perfect for families or couples. You have everything you need for an awesome vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels. Enjoy outdoor pool w/ gas bbq & dining area. We have beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards and umbrella for your use at the beach. RENTER MUST MEET MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 26 YEARS AND VERY STRICT MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 6 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN AND INFANTS . NO GUESTS ALLOWED DAY OR NIGHT. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOUR GROUP IS LARGER THAN 6.

The space

Location Location Location!! We are west of Tamiami Trail in a great, quiet neighborhood. The house features three beach themed bedrooms, with three queen beds. All bedrooms have brand new 50” HD TV's, The living room features a 55 inch tv and cable package if you feel like relaxing at home. Your two full sized bathrooms are modern, beached themed . The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized fridge, full sized oven and cooktop & microwave. We have all the pots and pans and dishware you need. The house has central air and ceiling fans in every room. Right outside your back door is the pool to relax and enjoy in total privacy and bask in the sun on one of four lounge chairs. We have been told that our pool is one of the largest in the neighborhood. Patio seating for 6 with edison style string party lights and large gas grill for your use.

There is a full sized washer and dryer just off your kitchen for your use.

We are committed to making sure you enjoy your stay, and only the confirmed guests on the reservation are allowed to access the property.

We are happy to give you advice on dining and fun activities to do. This is our favorite city in Florida and hope you enjoy the many things to do as much as us. Walk to nearby park with playground and wonderful farmers market with fresh fish, food trucks, live music, fresh fruits and vegetables, local hand made items. Farmers market Oct-April. The neighborhood is perfect for a morning stroll to the bay for dolphin and bird watching . There is an amazing Thai restaurant , bakery, coffee shop, bbq, pizza , convenience store all within walking distance from the house .

Other things to note

We are just a mile and 1/4 from Siesta key (just rated #1 Beach in America) where you can access three amazing beaches . While each one of our beaches- Turtle, Crescent and the Main Beach- offers a slightly different experience, they all share the same gorgeous waters, breathtaking sunsets, relaxing gulf breeze and playful dolphins

Whether you are looking to relax or have fun in the sun, Siesta is the perfect choice. You can rent paddle boards or kayak, ride bikes, go boating or fishing, swimming or snorkeling, . We are very close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, boat and bike rentals and all watersports. We do not allow outside guests at anytime day or night during this rental. Please plan gatherings at the nearby park, beach or restaurant.

The main beach on Siesta offers free public tennis & volleyball courts as well as a shaded playground & picnic area. There are also several concession stands where you can grab a snack and a cool drink. There is also a brand new free shuttle service on Siesta Key that takes you to the Village area where you will find many restaurants, nightlife and shopping.

We do have outside video cameras on the front of the house and side facing the street .

Amazing vacation!!

This was our first time in Sarasota/Siesta Key and we had a wonderful time. This house was extremely clean which is a big plus for me! The house is beautiful and the backyard is perfect! We loved having a pool just to ourselves for the week. Perfect amount of room for a family of four. Several beaches within a 5 min drive!! Great shopping and restaurants nearby which is great when it rains and you have a teenage daughter, LOL! We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends!!

Perfect Getaway with an Amazing Pool and Exceptional Hospitality

If you are looking for a pool, this is the place! The size and depth of the pool, along with the privacy provided by surrounding palm trees, are everything you could ask for. The house was very clean, with great water pressure in the showers, updated rooms, an additional beverage fridge, and everything you might need for a trip to the beach. The host was very quick to respond, and the welcoming hospitality was amazing. I wouldn't just recommend staying here; I will definitely be staying here again. Top-tier all around.

Wonderful stay

This home is identical to pictures. The outdoor area is an oasis in a busy area. Neighborhood itself is a quiet place, and great for walks. Close to everything. We stayed at the home most of the time as adventuring to Siesta Key beach took too long with traffic. We were very happy to have a private backyard oasis. We especially loved the salt water pool. Annual Girls Trip

The house was even more beautiful then the pictures, we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Great location! Short distance to the beach, Siesta Key Village, and lots of fantastic restaurants. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed - the backyard/outdoor area was our favorite and great for grilling out or enjoying a day by pool. The owner was incredibly helpful and generous and made sure we truly enjoyed our stay here. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Great relaxing vacation stay

The house was excellent, comfortable, clean, and had every amenity we needed. The host was very responsive and provided many extra items such as beach supplies, toiletries, and kitchen items. Just a hair too far to walk to Siesta Key (at least with kids) but in a nice quiet area which is preferred during the hectic spring break crowds of Siesta Key. Outdoor area (pool, etc) is spectacular! Overall as good as we had hoped for!

Beautiful, clean, private yard with pool, bbq and tv

As nice as pictured, very clean, nice neighborhood for walking, ten minute drive to town beach and DT Siesta. Back yard is private with pool, bbq patio, tv. Many extras such as toiletries you may have forgotten and condiments for cooking. Easy to find, we can’t wait to revisit! Heather was very helpful and responded quickly.

Was very pleased with our stay. Everything was clean, and gave a nice beach vibe.

The only complaints I could say is the master bedroom should have a king size bed, and the master bathroom has no water pressure. But other then that our stay was great, close to the beach, shopping centers ect. Nice neighborhood to vacation, definitely will stay again.

Overall great property

My family enjoyed our stay. The backyard is very private and relaxing. Lots of fun pool toys. Location is great; easy to get to the beaches and restaurants. The house is very clean. Some of the wall outlets dont seem to work. The linens (bath towels, sheets, pillows) could be better quality.

Great for Privacy

Everything was great! When we arrived the we had an issues with the grill, contacted the owners and they everything fixed quickly and with zero interference with our vacation! We were there for a baseball tourney and decided to spend a few extra days having a family vacation. The only downside was that we couldn’t have more than 6 people on the property, EVERY. It is a big open floor plan with a great looking kitchen and a beautiful outdoor space with a pool, grill, patio tv, outdoor table, lounge chairs, hammock and even a grassy area to play in and we couldn’t share this wonderful space with a couple of other families. Loved the property, just a bummer if you are staying with a group.

Great, quiet place for a family to enjoy

Great place to stay off the beaten path yet still close to the beach and amenities. Well decorated and had all the necessary items for a family to enjoy. Appreciate there were pool and beach accessories to use. Only criticism was that the grill needed some attention for cleanliness and operation. Would rebook this place again if we stay in the area. Thank you!

Great family vacation!

This was our first experience with VRBO and we were very pleased! The house was great but the yard was amazing! The pool was so clean and the lush gardens make you feel like you’re in the tropics. The hosts were very responsive and even purchased an additional beach chair since there were 6 in our party! The only comment I would make is that there is a need to upgrade the furniture in the living room to offer something more comfortable. Fortunately you don’t spend a ton of time inside anyway since there’s plenty to do in the area.

Family Easter / Spring Break

We had a seamless experience. We even asked about a pack and play for our 2 year old last minute and it was waiting for us on arrival. The tips around town for food / fun things to do were helpful and the location was perfect for venturing to the various beaches and/or downtown Sarasota. We would definitely look to stay again!

Great house close to everything!

Have stayed in many properties and this ranks among the best. Very clean - exactly as the pictures show. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to get the beach. Highly recommend. Communication with the owners was very straight forward and we had no issues.

Cute home near Siesta Key

Very well kept home in a nice neighborhood. Host was easy to contact throughout the process and gave great suggestions on the area. Our group loved the backyard oasis/pool! Only about a 10 min drive to #1 Siesta Key beach which was the highlight of our vacation!

Nice House

Wonderful property & super responsive owners!!

We always stay right on Siesta Key so were a little nervous about being just off the Key. Well that went away the second we pulled in!!! Lovely, well kept property with everything you could need for a great vacation!!! Any questions we had were answered promptly and owners went above and beyond to help. We already miss being there. Would definitely stay here again!

Several weeks later, I am STILL talking about how great our vacation was! Staying at Heather and Steve's property made all the difference. All six of us loved making this our "home" for the week. If only we could have stayed longer! I HIGHLY recommend staying here for your next beach vacation getaway!!

Great start to our 2019 winter vacation

Very nice up to date home & Heather was great in responding; her restaurant suggestions all good.Gift basket of toiletries & key lime pie on arrival was nice surprise! Close to both Sarasota and Siesta. Nice grill on cute patio. But we missed a pool cage and some colorful plantings in backyard. The tall fencing is somewhat of an eyesore and should be camouflaged a bit.

Beautiful modern home close to beach!

The home is exactly as described. Heather was in contact with us throughout the week when need be. We were even able to check in about an hour early, last minute as we had some car rental troubles and a child with a new on set ear infection. The house was close to Siesta Key which we visited a few times. We also visited surrounding areas such as AMI, St. Pete’s and took a day trip to Crystal River. It had all the basic necessities we needed for laundry, cooking, pool and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We did use the closest urgent care that is listed in the welcome folder (twice, as both our daughters had swimmers ear while vacationing) This urgent care was professional, timely and even gave us a follow up call the next day for one of the visits. We enjoyed our trip very much! We have rented a number of VRBO homes and we were very happy with our stay.

Why they chose this property

This is the closest neighborhood to siesta key. First subdivision across the south bridge on the bay side. Our Neighborhood connects directly to Stickney point road. Only stoplight from our house to Siesta Key is on the island. No busy Tamiami traffic when trying to get to the beach. We are close to everything you could need. Less than 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, groceries, water sports, casual and fine dining, fast food, shopping, publix, Marshalls, urgent care and walgreens. We have a large yard and pool. Lovely , quiet neighborhood. Very clean home. We have a very close relationship with our neighbors. Please remember that they are not on vacation and respect quiet hours.
