The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a studio-style layout with double bed, kitchen equipped with microwave, 2-ring induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, and a dining area with seating for two guests, TV and a woodburning stove. There is also a shower room and outside is a wood-fired hot tub and fire pit/barbecue, access to a covered Summer House (The Duck Inn) with plenty of seating, hammocks, and a bar area. as well as off-road parking. Within 1.4 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Bonnie’s Hut is a charming base for a couple or two friends to explore the delights of Leicestershire. Note: Guests have access to on-site stables (additional charge if required).
