Built in 1860 and having just undergone an extensive renovation, the house is packed with original features and modern touches. Perfect for families to visit in a large group, comfortably sleeping 10 people. There is space for everyone to enjoy it's charm, whether in front of the log-fire with a book or in the games room, all the family will be catered for!
Upon entering the house, you are met with an original Victorian tiled hallway, this gives a flavour of things to come. The living room is set out with two luxurious red velvet sofas, and custom-made bay-window seating, there is a log burning stove and a 50inch tv with the full Sky package. The dining room has comfortable seating for 10, around a grand oak table. Surrounded by antique furnishings this is a great room to enjoy meals with a view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. There is ample storage and seating around the island. Also, on the ground floor you will find a games room; with a full size pool table. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as drying pulleys. There is also a beautiful bathroom at the foot of the stairs, this has traditional styling and features a rainfall shower over the bath. As you climb the staircase we have five bedrooms, two of which have Kingsize beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is a twin room, and a further two large en-suite bedrooms at the front of the house which have breath-taking views; one of these has a Superking bed, and the other is a twin with twin single beds.
