Great Villa Great Location

We had a great stay over Easter. The pool was perfect, slightly on the cool side but once you’re in it’s fine. Sun loungers comfy, love the outdoor space with the front garden. Beds comfy, rooms spacious & clean. Kitchen and living area all open plan and has everything you need. Location is great, close to shops, beach 10 minute walk and great little bar / restaurant there with amazing mojitos. Safe and quiet neighbour. Would stop again. Thanks

Superbe sejour !

Un super sejour dans une très jolie maison, très propre, grande et fidèle aux photos. La piscine est très belle et agréable, tout ce qui est à disposition dans la maison est bien pensé et fonctionnel, rien à redire. C’est calme, facile d’accès, l’accueil et le départ ont été très bien gérés, vraiment logement à recommander +++ !

Excellent villa stay

Normally stay close to this area but in older style villa and were wary about going to another villa in a slightly different area however everything about this one was excellent. Loved the outdoor space at the front, very private with both sun and shade. Only concern I have is whether I could cope in the Summer months without air conditioning in all rooms, at this time of year (March) the fans in the rooms were just right and the main bedroom did have air conditioning.

Another Amazing Stay

Our second time here as a family of 4. We just love it. The Villa has everything you need - a large pool, close to the shops, some lovely restaurants nearby and access to the seafront walk into the centre of the resort (about 50 mins). The walk has amazing views/sunsets so highly recommended. Barbara was once again lovely to deal with and a great efficient host.

Perfect

The perfect villa for a week of relaxation with the family. The villa had everything you could possibly need, was clean and tidy, very private and secure - just what all the other reviews advised. Our flight was delayed and Barbara still met us at the villa and made sure we had her contact information and was available if we needed her at any time. Local shops and restaurants are 5mins away and we felt safe letting our teenage boys walk alone sometimes. A beautiful walk along the sea front to other shops and restaurants - about 40mins and can get a taxi back for €6. Just prefect!

Great Villa

Wonderful stay in this spacious, clean and comfortable villa. Enjoyed time in the heated pool and made use of the indoor bbq. Quiet street although only a short walk to the restaurants and supermarkets in Faro park. We would not hesitate to book again. Excellent communication from the host.

Hemos pasado 10 días en esta villa y hemos estado genial. Dispone de todo lo necesario más!! La comunicación con Barbara perfecta, ha sido muy amable con nosotros. La piscina ideal, la zona tranquila y con fácil comunicación a cualquier punto de la isla. La verdad es que si vuelvo a Lanzarote tengo claro dónde me voy a alojar!!!!

Wonderful

The house is fantastic. So clean and spacious. The pool was gorgeous with so much space around it too. The front garden is large and was our favourite spot to sit at night. Do not have a single negative comment to make. Air con was great. Fans and ceiling fans worked as well as air con too. Walking distance to really good restaurants.. we tried the Indian and the Italian and both where great. Two shops too that sold everything if you’re in need of supplies when you land. We walked most nights down the full length of the seafront … bars and restaurants right along for all tastes so you can walk as little or as much as you like. Beaches are beautiful. Never been to Lanzarote before and we’re all absolutely loved it. Friendly, gorgeous weather with a fabulous breeze every day but the house was the perfect way to complete a brilliant stay. We really didn’t want to come home xxx Thankyou Barbara for making us so welcome xxx

Fantastic

Beautiful villa in lovely area. We went as a family to celebrate my 60th birthday and Barbara had set out balloons, cake, chocolates and wine. Such a lovely thing to do. Villa was spotless and pool area great for 7 of us. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay here again

Family holiday

We had a lovely week at the villa. The area was lovely and quiet with a short walk to restaurants and shops. The main area with the main and restaurants was a short drive away. We were allowed to check in the villa which was great and a big help with a little one. Only issue with the listing is it says it has air con but this was only in 1 room which wasn't clear and was disappointing. Pool area was great and with heated pool too was an added bonus. Great stay overall and would definitely recommend

Lovely, chilled 2 weeks

Nice spacious villa in a good location, only 5 minutes walk to great local bars, restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets, with bus and taxi travel into town really easy. Couple of small issues with the pool but dealt with really quickly. All in all, just what was needed after 3 years without a holiday!

Cracking villa!

4th villa in this area though first out of Faro Park. Still, 5 mins walk to the restaurants and shops, so great location. Clean and very well presented. Nice of Barbara to be there to hand over. Don’t worry about it being semi-detached. It was very private. Cleanest pool we’ve had, and with no trees around, no fishing debris out either. The pictures had us wondering if anything was shared with the other villa (e.g. the 2 seating areas at the front door), but…it’s all yours! Would be happy to recommend, and to return.

Spacious property and good location for local shops / restaurant

The property is very spacious and the pool area is large and well hidden with high walls which also do a great job of blocking high winds. Barbara was very welcoming. It’s a very quiet area and only a 5 minute walk to grocery shops and restaurants. There’s a great pizza/burger place, Italian, seafood, and Indian restaurant there which also do deliveries. It’s a 10 minute walk to the coast which is very scenic and a lovely long walk (~2k) along the coastline to flamingo beach. Electric scooters are also everywhere which can be used just by scanning a code on your phone and cost 30cents per minute (plus 1 euro to unlock). Also plenty of buses available to various beaches. We used a hire car to get around but only really ventured out regularly to flamingo beach and once to Playa Blanca.

We had a great time in the villa, clean and everything that we needed. Barbara the host was excellent and answered all of my pre vist enquiries quickly. We even had the towels and bedding change mid booking which is not always done at other places. Overall, excellent and very comfortable. We will be returning I the future.

Relaxing week wanted

We have visited Lanzarote many times and chose the location for guaranteed sun, which we were not disappointed with. Communication was excellent throughout and we were met at the villa to collect keys and be shown around the villa. We all loved the villa and especially the pool area. We packed light due to the villa advising that it was fully equipped and again, weren’t disappointed. Small nit-picking, the kettle wouldn’t work properly, the sliding doors to the rear of the property wouldn’t lock (although there is an internal door that does lock, so fully secure) and a couple of light bulbs were not working, but as I say, very minor issues and more for the owner to be advised and check. Would definitely stay again.

Will absolutely be rebooking

A lovely villa with great space both inside and out. A 5 minute walk to a few local restaurants and bars, serving good food and cocktails. Easy access to the main area of Playa Blanca via a coastal walk or e5 in a cab. Some fab restaurants down at Rubicon Marina, where the owner also has a tapas bar which we visited and was looked after.
