Lovely view but cold house and communication with the property people was a nightmare

I like VRBO. Vacation rental by owner this house is not. Letting agency dropped the ball. House was freezing. I checked in in the pouring rain, winds that could knock you down. I was concerned about parking…so I called the letting agent. They couldn’t find me in their system. Finally I was told they would get back to me about the heat. I went to the beach. Came back 2 hours later to a note. « Heat is on ». They let someone go into my space and didn’t ask me first. There where a few minor things that I have written to the agency as well. I was told also when I inquired about parking that I could pull up to the house to unload. That was messed up. Parking 2 blocks away and I had to make 2 trips in a downpour and Gale winds. Not happy and freezing. Guest you could imagine that.
