Mangelhaft: lautes Entfeuchtungsgerät läuft 24h um den Muffgeruch zu mindern und gegen Schimmel. Läuft über, flutet Wohnzimmer und sollte von uns täglich ausgeleert werden. Wohn /Schlafräume im Keller, Lichtschächte verschimmelt und grün. Ein Moskitonetzt und das ist defekt. Ausstattung: Kaffetasse aus W-Germany von 08.1989. Klodeckel Original "Cremfarben". Risse in der Dusche, Schlauch kaputt, spritzt in alle Richtungen. Beide Kühlschranktüren nicht festgeschraubt. Spülmaschine weiterhin defekt, Knöpfe liegen offen. Irre bei bei Kindern! Blauring Kaufhof AF Bügeleisen RDA 700

Nicht zu empfehlen

Diese Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen, sie ist schmutzig und vor allem schimmelig. Die Schlafräume und das Bad sind im Keller, trotz offenen Fenster riecht es nach Schimmel. Wir haben nach 4 Tagen eine andere Wohnung bekommen

Bellavista

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang ca. 150m oberhalb des Sees in Intra und bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblich über den See. Der Außenbereich wirkt gepflegt und ist mit genügend Sitz- bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Es gibt gute und problemlose Parkmöglichkeiten, man muss dann von dort durch ein Gartentor zur Wohnung hinabsteigen. Für empfindliche Nasen riecht die Wohnung anfangs etwas mufflig. Die Schlafräume befinden sich im Keller, sind recht kühl und wirken auch leicht feucht. Das Waschbecken im Bad leckt etwas, weshalb man eine Plastikschüssel darunter stellen muss, um einen nassen Boden zu vermeiden. Wie im Keller häufig üblich, kann man dort gelegentlich Insekten oder einer Spinne begegnen. In einem der Schlafräume steht ein Entfeuchtungsapparat, den man benutzen kann/sollte. Es sind auf beiden Etagen Fernseher vorhanden, die aber entweder keine oder ausschließlich italienische Sender enthalten. Die Küche ist im Wesentlichen gut ausgestattet, nur Kaffeelöffel waren kaum vorhanden. Fazit: Uns gefiel die Behausung zwar von der Lage her, vor allem der Schlafbereich und -komfort entsprachen jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen und Bedürfnissen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas oberhalb von der Innenstadt, mit dem Auto aber gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten sogar einen eigenen Garagenstellplatz. Die Wohnung war sauber und angenehm kühl, vor allem im Keller. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr ist etwas zusammengewürfelt und der Gasherd war nicht so unser Ding, weshalb wir wenig gekocht haben. Der Fußboden im Badezimmer war schon bei unserer Ankunft an manchen Stellen nass und nie so richtig trocken zu kriegen. Da müsste der Eigentümer nochmal nach undichten Stellen schauen. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und würden dort nochmal Urlaub machen.
