The Space:
This 3 bedroom house is spread over 3 levels. Ground floor has a kitchen, large living/dining room and a back garden. The upper floor has the bedrooms.

The biggest advantage of this house is that you can go directly to the communal pool from the garden. That makes the house ideal for families with children who go directly to the pool and enjoy the sun.

A convenient parking spot in front of the house makes commuting easier.

The Neighborhood:
Los Naranjos de Marbella is a beautiful complex of Mediterranean style, with apartment buildings of no more than 2 heights (without elevator), large and impressive gardens, huge palm trees and a unique nature setting in Marbella.

A few meters from our accommodation and within the complex, we have the Los Naranjos Shopping Center with Mercadona supermarket, cafés and a Yoga Center. A few minutes by car you will also have access to the main golf courses in the area.

Don’t forget that in less than 5 – 10 minutes away you will be in Puerto Banús and Marbella, world renounced centers of tourism and leisure.
