It is situated only short stroll away from the rocky shoreline and the Klipgat Caves, and the hiking trail to Die Plaat nature reserve and beach leisurely meanders off to its destination at the front of the house.

The house offers ample indoor and outdoor entertainment areas for family and friends to gather and BBQ/braai, for the children to play games and for the family to rest and relax around the swimming pool.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. On the first floor, the large main bedroom contains a king-size bed, a gas-heated fire place and a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom on the first floor contains 2 single beds and has access to an adjacent bathroom with a shower. The third en-suite bedroom on the ground floor contains a queen-size bed and a small office desk ideal for work-from-home getaways. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and has an adjoining bathroom with shower.

The house includes a fully equipped upstairs open-plan kitchen and dining area, and spacious lounge with gas-heated fireplace. The kitchen is modern with fine finishes and appliances calling for master chefs to up their cooking game.
