Ideal both for holidays and for teleworking, with capacity for 3 people. It has a bedroom, bathroom, Smart TV and all the necessary amenities to enjoy a perfect stay on the island. Ideal for those looking for comfort, tranquillity and good location.
Located in a peaceful residential complex that includes a communal swimming pool and gym, it is a space designed for relaxation and comfort. It has a 100mb fibre optic internet connection, ideal for those who need to work online or stay connected.
The flat is equipped to make you feel at home. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while in the spacious living room you will find a sofa-bed and direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the island's climate and relax in the fresh air. The kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and kitchenware, allows you to prepare all kinds of meals during your stay.
In addition, the building has a lift and private parking space, facilitating your mobility in the city.
