The flat consists of 1 bedroom, living room with kitchenette, loft with a single bed, bathroom (no bidet) and terrace with sea view. It is also equipped with: television with Italian and satellite channels, air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet connection (extra charge), iron and ironing board. 

Guests will also have access to an exclusive sea view terrace equipped with chairs, table, parasol and deckchair for a refreshing aperitif in front of a breathtaking panorama.

The accommodation is located very close to the cycle path, which connects Imperia with Ospedaletti, always running close to the sea and passing through the most touristic villages of the Riviera dei Fiori from Riva Ligure via Arma di Taggia to Sanremo: the sea on one side and the hinterland on the other. Truly sensational! Bring your bicycles and take advantage of it (you can also rent them on site at a reasonable price).

Pets are not allowed. 

This flat directly on the beach is certainly a great solution if you want to experience your holiday in an informal and active way and if you love the convenience and pleasure of reaching the beaches on foot, without having to use your car for daily commuting. Ideal for those who don't want to miss any comforts!
