Among these services we can highlight a large swimming pool, a small shallow pool for children, a tennis court, soccer field, basketball court, a children's park, a private walking area that surrounds the urbanization, private and covered parking for one car, among others such as video surveillance. throughout the urbanization. The house consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed in such a way that each one has its privacy. Entering, on the right we find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. At the back of the kitchen we find a semi-open space where you can find the washer and dryer.

The living room and dining room are united, having seats for up to 6 people in the dining room and another six in the living room on a comfortable corner sofa. The living room has a smart TV where you can enjoy Internet television on demand, since the house also has Wi-Fi.

At the end of the room we find a 9 square meter terrace where there is a sofa for three people and a dining table for up to 6 people. In this room you can perfectly have breakfast with the morning sun, have an aperitif at noon, a good wine in the afternoon or a cocktail at night. The views from the terrace are incredible, as the plant wall of palm trees and vegetation that mixes with the blue of the pool give a feeling of vacation and tranquility just by looking at it. The pool is illuminated at night, which makes it very pleasant also at night, giving it a point of hotel with many stars.

The two bedrooms are divided into a suite with a bathroom, which has a bidet and bathtub, as well as two sinks. The bedroom has a 150 cm x 200 cm bed. The views at sunrise from this bedroom are simply spectacular, as the views of the vegetation remind us of being on a tropical island.

The other bedroom has two 90 cm x 200 cm beds. This bedroom uses the hall bathroom which has a walk in shower.
