Bilton Farm Cottage No1 is a comfortable traditional stone built former farm cottage is set in the tiny hamlet of Bilton, only 2 miles from Alnmouth and its lovely beaches.
Amenities: Night storage heating with electric fire stove. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed front garden with lawn and furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Note: Parking to the rear of the property. Note: Bunk suitable for a child only. Note: The staircase is steep with shallow steps. The steps are covered in laminate with anti slip stair nosing. Handrails are fitted to both sides.

Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.
