On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen with a large fridge where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy in the outdoor dining area directly overlooking the sea.

The spaces that will leave you breathless are certainly the external ones surrounded by greenery where you will only hear the song of the cicadas and the relaxing sound of the waves; the swimming pool, overlooking the sea, from which you can enjoy the splendid view of the island of Capri with the everlasting charm of the Faraglioni.
You can enjoy the garden, have lunch outdoors and pick your own vegetables from the small vegetable garden specially grown for you.

Rental Rules
Upon confirmation, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required, while the final balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
Minimum stay 4 nights

Cleaning fee: 150€
A security deposit of 600euro must be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on departure less any charges in the event of damage.
City tax: € 3 per person (minors under 18 yo are exempt) per day.
