Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom apartment, ideal for 4 people and located just 1 minute walk from the beach! This cozy retreat offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. With the advantage of private parking, you can leave the worries of finding parking behind. Our fully equipped space has a television and WiFi connection to relax after a day full of fun in the sun.

The apartment has free WIFI and television. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with sea views.
The living room has a dining area and a relaxation area with a large sofa and two comfortable armchairs. From the living room there is access to the terrace that is perfect for having breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors.
The main room has a 135cm double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second room has two 90cm single beds and a wardrobe as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender and all the necessary utensils for eating and cooking. In addition, from the kitchen you can also access the terrace.
The bathroom has a comfortable walk-in shower.
The parking is accessed practically from the door of the house. The square is quite large and very high in case you come with a van.

The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach and the promenade. You only have to cross the street and walk two minutes. At the height of the access to the promenade there are two good beach bars, the Las Niñas beach bar and the Marina Playa beach bar, to enjoy our special typical food. The Añoreta golf course is only 4 minutes away by car. It has easy access to the highway. The nearest supermarket is a large and new Mercadona which is a two minute drive away.
There is a bus stop 1 minute walk where the buses that take you to the center of Malaga stop in just 40 minutes.

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you some interesting information about the area.
The entrance schedule is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house is not ready because guests could leave that day. In this case, a normal check-in will take place: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 16:00, but how much is ready we will notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
