Hidden away in the centre of Exeter, Southlands is a grand Georgian house converted into luxury apartments, with free allocated parking.

This large ground floor apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the City Ctr, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the SW Coastline.

A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and Smart TV. With 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 people.

This apartment is spacious and light with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a 65" Smart TV with Disney, Netflix etc. There is a traditional log burner with free wood, comfy 3 seater sofa, plus huge cushioned window seat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a bread maker, slow cooker, full sized fridge/freezer and dishwasher. For extra seating the kitchen island has 2 high stools. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and original shutters to create complete darkness. The 2nd bedroom has two comfy twin beds with blackout blinds and curtains. Bed linen and towels provided.

The apartment has two bathrooms, the first with a full length bath, with shower over. The 2nd has a luxury waterfall shower, underfloor heating, 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer. Complimentary mini toiletries provided.

The apartment has full access to a huge shared garden (shared with just 1 other apartment). There is children's play equipment, a trampoline and chickens for you to enjoy.

Takeaway delivery available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat!

The apartment is in easy walking distance to: City Centre and Cathedral - 10 mins Historic quayside - 15 mins RD&E hospital - 5 mins Exeter University (main campus) - 25 mins Southlands is accessed via a long driveway from the main road, making traffic noise minimal. There are some fantastic independent shops and cafes all within 5 minutes walk.
