My name is Brian Goodfriend. I own a Florida Blue health insurance agency in Port Charlotte. When I purchased this condo I removed everything down to the cement walls. So the entire unit is essentially brand new. The building inspector said it was one on the nicest units he has seen.

Living room, Dining room , kitchen and 2 bedrooms ALL view the Gulf of Mexico. The sunset is spectacular from the balcony.
