The first floor large enclosed front porch is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach complete with outdoor dining for four, an outdoor swing, and plenty of storage for the beach gear . Upon entering Mama's Happy you will find the open living floor plan down with an open living room, dining area, and kitchen upon entrance. The well equipped kitchen has an additional breakfast bar with bar seating for four and an adjacent dining area for six. The first bedroom is on the first floor a king bedroom with porch access and a shared full bath with shower only.

The second bedroom upstairs is a generous king master bedroom with a private bath, balcony access, and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom is the bunk room which has a twin bunk over a double bed and also a trundle for extra sleeping (sleeps 4 in total) and a private bath. There is a desk area and nook on the second floor for any unfinished business you may have and a large open balcony for plenty of relaxation and peaceful views. The second floor open air balcony has a custom built bed swing and additional Adirondack seating for two, the perfect place to end the night in Seaside overlooking the tree top and street scenes.
