Spectacular Views Private Villa Valtocado
This beautiful Spanish rustic villa with separate self contained apartment is situated in a quiet location with spectacular views along the coast. The villa is south facing, located in Valtocado, close to the picturesque whitewashed village of Mijas Pueblo and the coast.
The villa itself is all on one level and retains many traditional features especially in the lounge and large entrance hall. The villa also includes a newly refurbished fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms: 1 double with ensuite refurbished shower room , 1 twin and 1 single. There is a further shower room from the twin bedroom and an additional toilet.
Air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms (hot and cold), free wifi and International television are also provided.
The property has superb views to the coast and countryside and there are steps leading up to a further dining / seating area where guests can take advantage of the elevated position.
The property has a newly refurbished private swimming pool with equally stunning views to the coast and with areas for relaxing and external dining.
Outside in the villa grounds from the main door is a separate self contained apartment with air conditioning (both hot and cold) The apartment benefits from own kitchen and cooking facilities, double bed with ensuite shower facilities. There is also an additional double sofa bed. This apartment is ideal for another family or guests that want some privacy from the main house.

There is a private sloping driveway leads to a gated off road parking area and there is plenty of space to park additional cars on the quiet road outside. Whilst car hire is recommended there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away which will take you either to the beautiful white washed traditional village of MIjas Pueblo or market town of Alhaurin.
The property is located in a quiet street with a few other properties, one of which is also available for rent making it ideal for larger parties who want to travel together.
