This sunny, spacious and modern flat is located in one of the traditional and authentic neighbourhoods of Barcelona - Poble Sec. It is only a few steps away from La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya and main city attractions.
It is a perfect location whether you are in the city for work, family trip or a romantic getaway!
TOURIST TAX: There is a mandatory tourist tax imposed by the Catalan government of 6.05€ per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€
EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).
LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11am) Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us and we will let you know if it's possible.
PETS: Your pet is welcome, we will collect a 150€ security deposit at the time of check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages in the apartment and a 50€ for extra cleaning.
