A pretty family villa nestled in the hills high above the coast with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. Finished to a high standard inside and out and in a very quiet, residential location.
This is a villa ideal for families wanting a quiet holiday here on the Cote d'Azur. Just a short drive into the pretty village of Pegomas this house offers very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. The living areas on the ground floor are open plan and lead out on the sunny terraces with al fresco dining areas.
The garden is terraced and steps take you down to the large pool and pool terrace area, fully equipped with loungers and outdoor furniture. There is a second, shady dining area just above and to the rear of the villa, ideal for a cooler summer lunch. The villa also has a play area outside and it has a big trampoline and ping pong table too.
The bedrooms are all on the first floor: the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and three further bedrooms which share a family bathroom.
