We are 10 miles from F1 Circuit of the Americas (COTA). Downtown Austin is another 15 miles. This is a newly constructed home in the country with all the charms and quiet that go with country living with the accessibility of all the exciting activities that Austin has to offer a short drive away.
We are closer to the F1 Event Center than if you were in Downtown Austin, without all the traffic. The house is well insulated with double depth spray foam walls/ceiling, and concrete floors. What that gives you is extra quiet (though you can still hear the roosters in the morning) with durability. Exremely clean and sanitary.
