FULL SOUTH APARTMENT IDEALLY LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE HARBOR - 3 STARS

Beautiful bright and warm apartment, fully equipped, furnished and renovated with careful decoration. Located opposite the marina, with a private enclosed garage 30 meters from the gîte. Perfect for a couple with 2 children, for a family stay by the sea; you will have the feeling of being "at home", since equipped with 2 flat screens (living room and bedroom), Internet, wifi, DVD-Blu Ray player, washer-dryer, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven multifunction, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, all the necessary dishes and kitchen utensils.
You enter directly into the kitchen with plenty of storage and open to the living room which includes a convertible corner sofa (140x190 Bultex), a coffee table and a sideboard; the living room gives access to the balcony with a view overlooking the marina, facing south, 2 chairs and 1 table for the small balcony are available.
The bedroom is equipped with a foldaway electric bed (160x200 Bultex), a wardrobe and storage drawers and a small desk.
The bathroom includes a shower, a sink with a bathroom cabinet and a heated electric towel dryer. The toilets are separate.
A baby cot, high chair and a bathtub are available.
The Quai Henri IV runs from end to end the marina; it is a lively and colorful district with its bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors; this area is open to the sea thanks to the creation of a dry port, nearby fish markets as well as the car ferry terminal.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung passt perfekt zu unseren Wünschen. Eine tolle Lage mit dem Blick auf den Hafen und den kurzen Wegen zum Strand, aber auch in die Stadt. Sie ist geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und nett. Wir werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen!

Super Lage

Das Appartement mit dem wunderbarem Ausblick liegt direkt am Hafen. Isabelle hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt. Dieppe ist schön, es gibt tolle Gastronomie und einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schöne Wohnung- tolle Lage - leider nah an der bestbesuchtesten Kneipe

Es ist herrlich mit Blick über den HAfen zu frühstücken, die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die Betten sind leider beides Klappbetten, wenn man zu viert ist sollte man sich gut kennen ;), Dieppe ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen, von der Wohnung aus ist alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen, einziger Wermutstropfen ist die nette Kneipe ein Haus weiter, die bis nach Mitternacht - vielleicht auch wegen ihrer Musik - gut besucht ist.

Alles gut, gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Auch für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies gereicht. Vom Balkon hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar: mehrere Bäckereien, Läden, Restaurants etc. Die Vermieterin und Ihre Helferin sind sehr nett. Beim Ankommen haben wir eine kleine leckere Überraschung auf dem Tisch entdeckt: Eine Marmelade aus der Region. Danke!

Sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage

Das Apartment war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen. Man kann von dort aus gut zu Fuß zum Meer und in die Stadt schlendern und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlaf- und Badezimmer könnte etwas größer sein, aber man hat alles, was man braucht.

Nur das Wetter passte nicht

Diese Ferienwohnung ließ von der Ausstattung her keine Wünsche offen. Dadurch konnte man es auch während des Regenwetters gut aushalten. Hervorheben möchten wir noch die tolle Lage am Hafen und die schöne Umgebung. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Dieppe kommen, würden wir die Wohnung gerne wieder mieten.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement superbe !

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine dans cet appartement "Côté Sud". En plus le soleil était de la partie. Nous avons été super bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Tout était parfait et correspondant au descriptif. L'hébergement est très bien situé avec vue sur le port et bien aménagé. Proche des commerces en tous genres. Quartier vivant et dynamique ! La chambre se situant à l'arrière cela est parfait pour la nuit, même si malgré la proximité des commerces Horeca nous n'avons pas à nous plaindre. Le garage est un plus au niveau des facilités de stationnement et de mobilité. Nous avons profité pour découvrir cette chouette ville ainsi que la région Etretat/ Veulles en rose/ Saint-Valery en Caux,et diverses petites plages. En résumé nous avons bien profité ! C'est une adresse à retenir et à conseiller sans restrictions

Déception !

L'emplacement du gîte est idéal, puisque sur le port. Le gîte apparait immédiatement chaleureux, accueillant, bien décoré. Mais très vite, nous constatons -la petitesse de la chambre avec le lit escamotable. -si le lit est déplié : difficulté d'accès à la salle de bain, -salle de bain minuscule -second lit, au salon= canapé lit. Pas vraiment confortable. -petite marche entre la cuisine et le couloir d'accès à la chambre, WC, salle de bain. De quoi se faire mal aux pieds. Maintenant sur le service en général, j'ai été surpris, plutôt désagréablement : J'effectue une recherche globale, sur internet, en sélectionnant 6 nuitées au lieu de 7, car nous devions impérativement repartir le vendredi. De cette sélection émane ce gîte, parmi d'autres résultats. Je le sélectionne, j'entre mes dates, qui sont acceptées et je règle le montant demandé. 4 jours plus tard, la propriétaire du gîte me contacte et m'informe que les réservations se font pour 7 nuitées minimum, et qu'en attendant, elle a d'autres clients qui souhaitent réserver cette semaine sur 7 nuitées. Je l'informe que je réglerai la nuit supplémentaire, et que je prends également la location des draps, serviettes et du garage. Elle ajoute que la prestation de ménage est obligatoire et coûte 40 euros (ce qui n'est pas signalé sur le descriptif présent sur le site Abritel). Pour finir, au moment de rendre les clés, nous avons du payer notre conso électrique de la semaine (7 euros).

Danke für die sorgfältige Betreuung durch Isabelle

Besonders angenehm ist die sorgfältige Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Das zeigt sich sowohl in der bestens ausgestatteten, kompletten und gut funktionierenden Wohnung als auch in den vielen kleinen Hinweisschildern an Garage, Hauseingang, Treppeneingang. Auch die sorgfältige und freundliche Einführung in die Wohnung und die Umgebung durch Isabelle erfolgte in angenehm präziser und klarer Sprache. Die Wohnung ist in einem älteren Wohngebiet. Sie ist in einem kleinen Haus im 1. Stock. Die noch darüber liegende Wohnung wird selten benutzt und deren Bewohnerin hat nie gestört. Die Wohnung bietet den großen vorderen Teil mit Küche, Essplatz und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, der großzügig gestaltet ist. Die schmalen Balkons mit großen Dopperltüren bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf einen geschäftigen aber nicht lauten Hafenteil. Die unmittelbar davor liegende Straße ist wenig frequentiert. Die ganze Straße ist sehr lebendig durch die vielen Restaurants. Nur ein etwas daneben liegende Bar/Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich gut frequentiert und manchmal auch noch sehr spät hörbar lebendig. Normal schließt dieses Restaurant/Bar um 0h, am Freitag und Samstag erst um 2h. Einen anderen Charakter haben die hinteren Räumlichkeiten mit separater Toilette, kleinem und praktisch eingerichtetem Schlafzimmer und dem vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglichen kleinen Bad mit kleiner Dusche und gut funktionierender Heizung. Von hier geht das Fenster in den dort typischen Hinterhof mit den Küchengerüchen der vielen umliegenden Restaurants. Leider scheint die Bausubstanz auch einen deutlich Geruch in diesem Raum zu verursachen. Von diesem Mangel abgesehen, waren wir überaus angetan von der liebevollen und kompletten Einrichtung. Das Wohnzimmer hatten wir auch zum Schlafen genutzt. Durch den Blick nach Süden wurden wir von der morgendlichen Sonne, die den Hafen erleuchtet, freundlich in den Tag gelockt. Es gibt ausreichend Steckdosen und der Fersehapparat war angenehm zu nutzen. Besonders kostbar ist die nahe gelegene Garage, die bei dem äußerst begrenzten Parkraum in der weiteren Gegend einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Die Garage ist ungewöhnlich geräumig in jeder Richtung. Einzig die schmale Straße hat die Rangiermöglichkeit etwas begrenzt, was selbst bei unserem großen Fahrzeug nur einmaliges Rangieren benötigte. Insgesamt haben wir hier eine glückliche Zeit verbracht und konnten dank Garage auch die weitere malerische Umgebung mit dem Auto erkunden

Lovely apartment in a great location

Isabelle is a kind and helpful host. The apartment has magnificent views over the marina and is south facing so gets sun most of the day. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable.

Wohnung in Toplage mit schönem Hafenblick

Wir wurden pünktlich und sehr freundliche von der Vermieterin empfangen und alles wurde ausgiebig erklärt. Wir hatten auch die Garage gemietet. Diese befindet sich in einer schmalen Gasse gleich um die Ecke. Es ist etwas schwierig mit einem mittelgroßen PKW rückwärts in die Garage einzuparken (recht eng). Der vordere Teil der Wohnung ist sehr schön mit top ausgestatter großzügiger Küchenzeile, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, etc., schönem Ess- und gemütlichem Wohnbereich. Das große Ecksofa kann zum Doppelbett ausgeklappt werden. Der hintere Bereich steht aber dazu im krassen Gegensatz. Es gibt einen extrem schmalen Durchgang (keine 60 cm breit!) ins "Schlafzimmer" mit einem Doppelbett, das elektrisch in eine Schrankwand gezogen wird. Das Bad hat ca. 2 m² (Dusche und Waschbecken). Der Einstieg in die Eckdusche ist aus Platzgründen extrem schmal. Bei ausgeklapptem Bett ist der Gang ins Bad sehr schwierig. Das WC liegt separat am schmalen Durchgang. Für schmale bis durchschnittlich gebaute Gäste ist die Nutzung von Bad und WC gut machbar, aber wir haben uns wirklich gefragt, wie Gäste mit kräftigerem Körperbau zurechtkommen können. Der wunderschöne vordere Teil, der Blick auf den Yachthafen und die unmittelbare Nähe zu den Restaurants und Bars auf dem Quai haben uns voll entschädigt. Allerdings ist es am Wochenende oder mittwochs abends länger laut, da gleich neben dem Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, eine beliebte Bar ist.
