The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge and a utility with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, there is also a living/dining room with Smart TV, seating for eight and electric flame-effect stove and a conservatory/dining room with seating for eight. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, two twins and a ground-floor , all serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed, rear garden with hot tub and dining table and chairs. Within 0.3 miles is a shop, 1.9 miles a pub and 2 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore South Wales at Ocean House.
