Great location, warm welcome, clean apartment

This apartment was ideal for a short stay in Alicante, it was close to the lively bars for evening entertainment but quiet in the room. Short 5 mins pleasant walk to the beach front. Maritza was very friendly and helpful and even sorted out having the apartment for longer until our late flight home. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Apartment Close to Beach

The host was very kind and accommodating! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed from towels to kitchen accessories. Everything was in walking distance such as the beach, Santa Barbara Castle, and the market. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave.

Vacaciones perfectas.

Maritza was amazing! We had immediate communication and more specific information was exchanged as our travel dates became closer. She was ready to meet us as soon as we arrived at the apartment and provided us with a map and great tips for attractions for the area and restaurant suggestions. We enjoyed everything we did in Alicante! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and Maritza was accessible the entire time. The location was amazing. Literal footsteps from amazing restaurants and only a few short minutes to the beach where we were able to rent all we needed for an amazing day lounging by the Mediterranean. We had such a great time here!

Muy lindo y comodo

El departamento es muy còmodo, muy limpio y muy bièn ubicado. Està en el casco viejo cerca de todo tipo de negocios y paseos. Tiene todas las comodidades que funcionan perfectamente. Un dìa nos quedamos sin agua caliente para la ducha pero la casa es muy nueva para tener boiler, debe tener termotanque y no lo supe usar yo. Caminando 10 minutos se llega hasta la playa sin necesidàd de transportes pùblicos. La propietaria habla muy bièn el italiano y es muy cordial. Nos diò todas las informaciones para pasear en Alicante y en las ciudades de los alrededores. Estuvimos perfectamente. Lo recomiendo. Natalia

All what you need :)

Starting with Maritza, a friendly and helpful person, thanks ;) Well, the location is just great, very close to everything and easy access to all you need. The apartment is nice and clean, enough space for 4-5 persons family. We spent a week there, it was great :) we will be back ;) thanks Maritza... See you soon again :)

Genial

El apartamento está muy bien situado (a 2-3 min andando de la playa) con vistas a la basílica de santa maría y al castillo. El piso estaba impoluto y tenía todas las comodidades: WiFi, aire acondicionado,... Martiza y su marido fueron muy amables al recibirnos y explicarnos todo. 100% recomendable!

Hier ist alles perfekt

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ist perfekt, der Service ist perfekt, einfach alles stimmt hier! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt! Gegen einen geringen Aufpreis wurden wir vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch am Ende wieder hingebracht! Das ist super, denn die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und dort sind Parkmöglichkeiten selten. Die Lage ist klasse, der Hafen und der Strand mit der Promenade nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Restaurants gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern komfortabel ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte uns nichts, wobei ich dazu sagen muss, wir kochen nie, wir genießen die vielen tollen Tapas ! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und professionell . Wir werden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Las vacaciones fueron mas buenas . Gracias a Maristza por su apartamento. Todo lo que es importante estaba aqui. A 150 metros de la playa. L'appartement en pafait état est pratique et bien situé. A recommander sans restriction
