Welcome to a nice house with an incredible view. The house is located high above the valley called "Skärstadal" and you can see Landsjön sparkling to the left of your accommodation. The house is located in the countryside and in a quiet idyll where you are close to many nice excursion destinations and swimming excursions. Landsjön is a popular swimming spot with playground, sandy beach and lawn, but you also have Vättern's clear water in Gränna, which is about 20 minutes by car from the house. Magical boat trips with bathing are offered in Lake Bunn with magical nature from John Bauer's fairy tales and much more. The area is also called Äppledalen "Småland's Tuscany". This is an accommodation that is suitable for larger groups, if you are two families with children, for example, who want to travel and live together. The house offers large living areas and a large lawn for lots of play. You are welcomed into a bright hall with room for outerwear. There is a fully tiled bathroom with toilet and wash basin. The kitchen opens up and has an open floor plan with a nice kitchen table, comfortable kitchen sofa for good dinners. The cooking area is integrated into one with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and induction cooker. Next to the kitchen is the living room with nice light, and from here you can see Lake Landsjön. The living room has a lounge area for lazy days and a classic TV room with sofa and armchair. The stairs up lead you to all the bedrooms. ATTENTION! Steep staircase without external railing to the upper floor. Up here is a sleeping alcove with a 90 cm wide single bed. Straight ahead is the large bedroom with a bed that is 210 cm wide. Adjacent are two more bedrooms with double beds each 180 cm wide and you also have a smaller bedroom with a 120 cm bed. On the upper floor is the house's second bathroom with wc/sink and washing machine. The rooms are bright and the house has warm and nice furnishings that make you feel welcome and a homely atmosphere. The house shares space as it is an apartment on the lower floor where the homeowner's nice mother lives all year round. There is plenty of parking in the courtyard to the left of the garage. Here you will have a good time in the summer. Welcome to a truly rural summer idyll in Småland.
