We loved our stay here. The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. The location is excellent! Plenty of restaurants, groceries, pubs, theaters and even two subway stops within a few minutes walking distance. - Any questions we ever had before or during our stay were answered quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment and it’s wonderful host.
The apartment itself was charming, and convenient. It was well stocked, warm and tasteful. The negative was the boisterous pub right outside the bedroom window. It was almost comical how loud it was. I would suggest leaving earplugs on the bedside table for guests.
Very comfortable and well stocked apartment , great location for all the sites and theaters. Best way to spend the 4th next door to Benjamin Franklins apartment
This flat / apartment was gorgeous and one of our favorites in our journey through Europe. It is close to any and everything you want to see in London. We loved it so much that we chose to stay in most of the time to just enjoy the apartment.
Absolutely love this place. Perfect location. Gorgeous apartment right next-door to Ben Franklin‘s. A little noisy till 11 but then very quiet. Absolutely loved it and hope to come back.
The property was in an amazing, historic building near the Charing Cross terminal and Trafalgar Square. There were plenty of dining options nearby and the Tube was just a few yards away. The design of the apartment was also very stylish and classy.
The apartment was very well appointed with everything we needed and in close proximity to trains, restaurants, shops and attractions. As the bedroom overlooks a pub it was a little noisy at night until around 11.00pm (especially towards the end of the week) but apart from that the apartment was wonderful

Coronation stay
Excellent location, lovely apartment and enjoyed our stay. Pub next door made it noisy at night but otherwise very happy with apartment.
In walking distance to all the major sites. 2 minutes walk to 2 tube stations. The place was clean. The only issue I had that my UK adapter didn’t work in the plugs in the bedroom to plug in my CPAP machine. Anyways, I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in London.
This property is in a great location. It was easy to get to from the Heathrow Express and a quick tube ride and then the check-in process was very quick, met in person so I could ask any questions I had. The bed was incredibly comfortable and do not worry about noise...just turn on the fan in the bedroom and you won't hear anything.
I would stay here again...and you are literally next door to where Ben Franklin lived! Walking distance to much and tube and bus options were everywhere.
Located on a quiet street in the heart of everything London offers. The quant building offered a great throwback to time's past...with Benjamin Franklin's 15-yr London home next door!
We had a hiccup getting access upon arrival, but it was more than made up by the incredible location - just steps away from Trafalgar Square, great shopping, and the Tube station.
You'll see some reviews mentioning the bar noise below the bedroom window; closing the window blocked out anything from below. The "Sherlock Holmes" bar was just 75 yds away and was our favorite nighttime destination!
We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the Tube. We were within walking distance of so many landmarks and historical sites. The washer and dryer in the unit was a welcome amenity. Even though we didn’t have tickets to view the fireworks on New Year’s Eve, we had a great view of them from our street. When we visit London again, we will definitely stay at Rosemary’s rental again!
I highly recommend this beautiful apartment in Central London. It is absolutely brimming with Georgian (and possibly some Victorian) charm.
If one likes to prepare their own meals, you cannot go wrong with this kitchen-there is everything you need to make the most gourmet of meals.
The shower was refreshing with great water pressure and perfect water temperature.
The bed is very comfortable and my husband and I slept well. Others have mentioned the pub below. The clientele are civil servants; thus, there is no whooping or screams of laughter - just an orchestra of chat. I wore ear plugs and the chatter disappeared; my husband does not wear ear plugs and said he was lulled to sleep by the gentle chatter - so absolutely not an issue at all.
The host is lovely and welcoming. She has a management service which organizes the handling over of keys - and they use WhatsApp so great for overseas visitors.
I absolutely love this apartment and will definitely stay here again.
The good: Beautiful flat. Very well maintained and very clean. Well equipped. Excellent location as tourist. Able to walk to many sights in under 15 minutes. Quick walk to the tube, train and a pedestrian bridge over the Thames to the south end.
The not so good: Spotty Wi-Fi in the evenings. Had to restart the router a few times. Although there is no traffic noise, there is a bar in the alley below the bedroom window and another bar in the other direction, and it was VERY loud unless the windows were closed. There was still some noise with the windows closed but we could sleep. Fans would have helped the situation. Overall, still loved the place and would stay there again.
overall the stay was wonderful! There were a few things they need to get fixed. Every time I used the kitchen faucet it aggressively poured out water from the back so that needs to be fixed. The dvd player doesn't work and my daughter worked on it an hour so we contacted someone and Rosemary told me they don't use it. They need to either not display the DVD's or fix the DVD player. The shower drain had a clog in it so you had to stand in water while taking a shower. Also, the gas stovetop didn't work so we couldn't cook which was a bummer. I feel she should disclose these things or get them repaired. Last thing was the be didn't have a top sheet on it so we only had a fitted sheet and a comforter. No sheets in between. I was grateful she provided fans otherwise it would have been way too warm for sleep.
The property is minutes from Trafalgar Square, Walkimg distance to all museums and shopping and the west end is practically on the doorstep. The location is unbeatable.
