The apartment includes a great breakfast buffet in our restaurant and is located in the heart of Madrid, in a privileged location just a few minutes from Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. You can walk to the main tourist attractions and enjoy the theaters, cinemas, museums, coffee-shops, restaurants and stores in the city center.

It is located on the fourth floor, the entrance door of the building is open during the day and in the evening; at night it is closed and you have to access it with the key.

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed, plus in the living room two sofa beds for two people each, air conditioning, heating, TV, 2 renovated bathrooms, equipped with towels and personal hygiene products.

In the kitchen you will find the necessary equipment: refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave, crockery and table and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker and sandwich maker; It also has a dining area. All the comfort to be at home.

Ask for a baby cradle or high chair for your baby should you need it.

It is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation and facilities for parties, events or any other noise that disturbs the good coexistence and rest with other neighbors and guests of the building.

We offer you a luggage storage service at our premises during office opening hours, being the cost of the service 3€/piece.

We offer you private parking just 5 minutes from the accommodation with an additional cost of 20€ per vehicle per day. Subject to availability. It is necessary to make your reservation in advance and provide the details of the vehicle to formalize the entry to the restricted area of Madrid center. Only vehicles duly accredited with environmental sticker will be allowed to enter. Request information and requirements before making your reservation.
