APARTMENT'S SPACE:
The accommodation is a lovely recently renovated attic located on the fourth floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR.
A security door guarantees access to an open space of 20sqm well organized in a sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining area with coffee table and stools, a kitchenette with sink, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, induction plate, coffee mocha, crockery and pots. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower that's over one meter wide. There are also an inverter air conditioning which provides hot or cold air, unlimited WiFi, hairdryer, a set of 3 towels per guest and bed linen.
The building is located in the historic city center in a quiet and well served area; below the house you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a large underground parking open 24/24, a lot of public transport stops to reach every part of the city and Piazza Emanuele Filiberto, which hosts some of the best restaurants and pubs in Turin.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT
The building is located in the city center, in Quadrilatero district, one of the most beautiful Turin's neighbourhoods surrounded by the Roman ruins of Augusta Taurinorum; the place is full of fascinating churches, nobiliary buildings and charming alleys.
In just 2 minutes on foot you can reach the colorful food market of Porta Palazzo, classified as the largest in Europe, and the brand new Mercato Centrale, a building that houses many restaurants, creating a harmonious mix of Italian culinary tradition and innovation.
If you walk for 10 minutes you arrive in Piazza Castello: the heart of the city! From here you can admire the Turin's Cathedral with the Chapel of the Holy Shroud, Palazzo Reale, Palazzo Madama, the Royal Church of San Lorenzo and much more.
The other attractions in the vicinity of the house are the Museum of Oriental Art (6min walk), the Porta Palatina (6min walk), the Museum of the Shroud (6min walk), the Sanctuary of the Consolata (2min walk) and the picturesque Balôn vintage and antiques market (7 minutes walk) which takes place every Saturday and every second Sunday of the month.
MOVING IN THE AREA
The surrounding area is well served by public transport: at about 300m there is the stop of the tram 4 which reaches the Porta Nuova railway station in 15 minutes; you can also arrive at the train station with a 25-minute walk.
