An elegant villa in Floridia, near Syracuse is a true paradise. Three finely furnished floors for a total of 10 beds make it perfect for large families, groups of friends.

An immense garden with an Olympic-size swimming pool, bathroom and shower, outdoor masonry kitchen with barbecue, wood oven, hob will make the outdoors pleasant. On the ground floor inside the living room with a flat-screen TV, a wonderful built-in equipped kitchen to make the journey happy and comfy. On the first floor, a spacious quadruple room with two single beds and a double bed and a fantastic bedroom with period furniture, and a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. A large terrace with wire for hanging completes the equipment of this floor. Another double bedroom is on the second floor and bathroom with a tub.
