Cozy accommodation. We want you to feel like it's your own home. The beach next to the beach and the main street of Las Palmas. In the area there are available Rent a car, buses, taxis, supermarkets, hairdressers, Corte Ingles, markets, parks (Santa Catalina), Paseo de la Canteras, etc. You have access to the entire apartment. Guests have the possibility of renting a parking space for cars/motorbikes, as a separate service they have to privately check the availability of parking spaces. Price of parking spaces; 8 euro/day. They also have recommendations for various activities in the area inside the apartments and even services that we offer ourselves for urban displacement with electric scooters, kayaking, paddle surfing, virtual reality and other services and experiences.

The apartment is located in a quiet area within reach of everything, located between the two most characteristic places in Las Palmas, among others, the beautiful Las Canteras beach, and Avenida de Mesa y López full of shops and restaurants. But in the surroundings there is much more to know and visit, so we invite you to stay in our apartment and discover the area for yourself and explore the streets and emblematic places of the city. In the area there are several methods of getting around, a 2-minute walk next to the apartment there are several bus stops with which you can move within the city and outside. They also have a taxi rank 5 minutes walk away, all this on Avenida de Mesa y López. Apart from the city transportation services, we also offer electric skateboard (scooter) rentals to get lost in the city.
