The lovely site allows you a dreamy view of the dense mountains all around which comes with their popular hiking trails. The lake, the river and the forest, all can be enjoyed in an unbelievable distance of just 100 m. The popular Steinplatte/Winklmoos ski area and the cross-country skiing paradise of the Three Lakes Area are a treat for ski enthusiasts. Pubs, horses, Tennis, Golf and even water sports can be enjoyed nearby.

The pet-friendly apartment charges € 5 per night. While guests can fish in the pond, paid sauna and shared pool allow a relaxing bath. Private terrace and shared garden with grill available, bar and high chair ensure both comfort and joy. Parking and play equipment are available.

The train station is in 8 km while public transport is at a walking distance of just 100 m. The airport is in 40 km.

Important note: Due to the corona crisis, the sauna and the swimming pool cannot be used for the time being (at least until the beginning of September 2020)!
