The Southbank (London Eye), Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street etc. are a 10/15 minutes tube ride. You also have a wide range of buses to Westminster and Chelsea. The building includes a supermarket and a 24 hour gym, which can be accessed with a daily pass. Battersea Power Station shopping center with plenty of shops and restaurants is a 15 min. walk.
