VILLA LOCATED IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. For up to 12 guests.
LAYOUT: The entrance to the villa is on the lower floor where we find a spacious and very bright space thanks to the large windows that offer a lot of comfort to the living-dining room with a six-seater sofa and a television. Directly opposite, there is a dining table with several chairs. The kitchen is open plan, practical and modern. It is situated to our left and is equipped with all the necessary appliances for the preparation of fabulous meals. From these spaces we have access to the pool area. On this floor we will find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. We will access the upper floor through the interior or exterior staircase where we will find the remaining four bedrooms from which we will have access to several balconies with views to the exterior of the property and the surroundings. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower each. In addition, there is a bedroom with a trundle bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed.
EXTERIOR: DUNAMOON is a modern, newly built villa with quality minimalist finishes located in Calpe. The south facing location of the villa ensures sun all day long and has all the ideal features to share a pleasant holiday. The main floor opens onto a very spacious terrace, surrounding almost the entire house with multiple relaxation areas in the sun and/or shade. Leading out of the dining room window, you will find an outdoor table by the pool with several chairs. Around it there are several sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. To the left of the property is an outdoor dining area in the garden built in stone, with large benches and a large table, located right next to the barbecue for a perfect and idyllic atmosphere. There is ample parking space available for two vehicles. A beautiful olive tree is located to the right of the property to add a touch of nature, come and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach in Calpe!
