On the upper floor are 3 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, flat screen Tv and air condition. The villa has a private garden with swimming pool, BBQ and 2 parking spaces. In the village of Rovinjsko selo you are able to find a supermarket, coffee bar and restaurant.
Upon arrivals guest have to give 300 € securitydeposit wich will be returned upon check out if no damage is found.
