Heerlijk verblijf voor tweede keer!

Wat een fijne woning! Alles is netjes en ruim opgezet. De kinderen kunnen zich heerlijk uitleven op de boerderij. Wij komen volgend jaar weer.

Wunderschöner Bauernhof in idyllischer Lage!

Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub! Man wurde bei der Ankunft direkt herzlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles ausgiebig gezeigt. Die Unterkunft ist rustikal aber trotzdem zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es war sogar Spielzeug für die Kleinen vorhanden. Man durfte sich frei bewegen und alles anschauen. Das Grundstück und die Gebäude sind sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und von uns gibt es eine volle Empfehlung! Grüße

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf einem kleinen Bauernhof

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön ebenso der Garten und der kleine Bauernhof. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und herzlich. Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende hier im Grünen und abseits der vollen Städte verbracht. Immer wieder gerne!

Topweekend

Wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in IJsselstein. We kwamen terecht bij een heel vriendelijk en toegankelijk gastgezin. Het huisje was goed voorzien van handdoeken, keukengerei, lakens,… Utrecht is op twintig minuten rijden, waardoor je ook de stad kan verkennen. In de buurt van het huisje kan je mooi lopen, wandelen of fietsen. Met andere woorden, een echte aanrader!

Prachtig ruim verblijf!

We hebben genoten. Wat een mooi, ruim huis. Ook is aan alles gedacht, zoals genoeg badhanddoeken en theedoeken. Op een mooie landelijke locatie maar dichtbij Utrecht.

Good location for getting around

The location of the property was in a beautiful rural setting but convenient for motorways, park and ride, and charging points for our EV. This enabled us to drive easily or make use of public transport as the destination demanded. The owners were welcoming and helpful but did not intrude on our holiday. The only disappointment was the noise of aeroplanes in the early morning and the lack of sound insulation between rooms or the adjoining property

Wonderful apartment on a farm

Very nice welcome, stylish furniture, quiet surroundings in the country-side. Very spacious living room, kitchen and bath-room. Wonderful yard. Highly recommended!

Heerlijke plek, prachtig huis

Mooie plek en huis is prachtig, schoon en van alles voorzien. Goed bereikbaar, en met heel veel lammetjes op de boerderij! We hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

Parfait pour visiter les Pays Bas en famille

La maison dans un cadre fermier (étable toute proche) est très jolie, propre et confortable avec un petit jardin clos. Localisation parfaite pour visiter les Pays Bas en voiture : Utrecht, Gouda, Amsterdam, Harlem, Delft, les moulins.

Es war wunderbar!

Wir (Familien mit zwei Kindern über 10) waren zum zweiten Mal im Winter einige Tage da - und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Es gibt viel Platz (in jedem Zimmer) und das wunderschöne Ambiente entspannt sofort beim Eintreten. Es gibt viel Raum sich auszubreiten und zu entspannen. Und man kann herrliche Ausflüge machen - nach Utrecht, Gouda, Rotterdam usw. - und die Niederlande richtig gut kennenlernen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung auf dem Land

Nach einem Kurztrip nach Amsterdam wollten wir noch ein paar Tage auf dem Land entspannen und haben für 4 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung 1 mit zwei Schlafzimmern gewohnt. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem das riesige Bad mit einer großen Badewanne und Walk-In-Dusche ist außergewöhnlich. Bei schönem Wetter kann man im "eigenen Garten" draußen sitzen und die Sonne genießen. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Lage ist sehr schön ländlich an einer nicht stark befahrenen Nebenstraße. Was uns ein bisschen gefehlt hat, ist der Blick in die "Weite". Die sehr große Eingangstür lässt sich komplett öffnen (beide Flügel) und ist die einzige "Frischluftzufuhr" für das Erdgeschoss (weitere Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen). Im Obergeschoss (Dachgeschoss) befinden sich die beiden sehr geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit super bequemen und sehr großen Betten (Überlänge). Hier gibt es jeweils ein Dachfenster mit Fliegengitter, man hat aber leider nur den Blick auf das Stalldach. Was sehr schön ist, ist der Gartenanteil. Vor allem für Familien ist die Unterkunft ein Traum, für Kinder stehen etliche Fahrzeuge, ein Trampolin, etc. parat. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich die zweite und etwas kleinere Ferienwohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer. Eine absolute Empfehlung sprechen wir aus, wenn man beide Wohnungen mietet (z. B. befreundete Familien oder Urlaub mit der Familie und den Großeltern), man hat dann wirklich sehr viel Platz und kann die beiden Einheiten gut verbinden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannenden Kurzurlaub!

Urlaubstraum

Die FeWo ist ein Traum. Liebevoll gestaltet, sehr viel Platz und ein wunderschöner Außenbereich. Man wird von den freundlichen Vermietern eingeladen, sich frei zu bewegen, die Kinder dürfen alle Spielgeräte nutzen und man freut sich dort über jedes glückliche Lächeln. Mit dem Auto lassen sich alle Ziele sehr gut erreichen. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung etwas abseits. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5km entfernt. Dafür fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an wie im Urlaub mit viel Ruhe und offenen Armen. Ganz arg toll!!! Wir waren als Familie dort mit 3 Kids.

Nice place , clean and friendly . Just close by neighbors had a party with loud music till very late in the night. Was hoping to have breakfast outside the second morning like we had the first morning but then the owner started taking out a concrete floor which was rather noisy. Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei einem kleinen Bauernhof und ist in 2 Ebenen eingeteilt: oben befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und unten der Wohnbereich mit Küche und Badezimmer mit separat WC! Alles funktionnierte einwandfrei, ausser die Dusche ist etwas schwierig einzustellen, sonst aber ok. Es gibt noch eine zweite Wonhung nebenan, Beide haben separate Eingaenge über das Erdgeschoss. Es gibt einen Garten mit Wiese, Sandkasten und eine Schaukel und ein Trampolin! Die Lage ist obtimal wenn man Utrecht, Amsterdam oder Den Haag besuchen mochte aber auch Ijsselstein ist ein sympatisches Dorf... Insgesamt ein sehr nettrt Aufenthalt!

Freundliche Gastgeber, liebevoll restauriertes, großzügiges Gebäude mit großer Terrasse, in typischer Landschaft gelegen, Utrecht und Amsterdam nicht weit, man sollte öfter herkommen.

Beautiful modern apartment in quiet country setting

The apartment was spacious with a spa-like feel, and the bathroom HUGE and modern. It was very clean and peaceful, and the kitchen well-equipped for cooking our meals. Great location for day trips to Madurodam, Utrecht, Delft, etc. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and my kids fell in love with their kitten. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful and rural setting

We stayed in apartment 1 for a few nights in July. The accommodation is beautifully presented, comfortable, and looks even better than the pictures. There are 2 large bedrooms on the 1st floor that easily accommodated our family of 5. Also, a lovely, spacious bathroom and a large open dining/living area. We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of a city yet close enough for day trips.The location was also a reason we chose this place as we wanted to be close enough to visit Utrecht and Amsterdam. We used the P&R for both cities, which was a convenient, easy, and inexpensive option. The trampoline and the kittens were a great hit with the kids. Gerline was very welcoming and helpful. Overall a great experience and I hope to return some day soon. I highly recommend this place!!

Excellent accommodation - the best we have stayed at.

We spent almost a week in apartment 1 - a wonderful and very well-equipped apartment. Our hosts had thought of everything from towels to ample cooking equipment; cutlery; crockery etc - including items suitable for our 3 year old. There was a stair gate too and I found it very child friendly. However, this was child friendly combined with rustic luxury so it felt like a proper grown-up holiday too. No compromises are needed on family holidays here! The garden was spectacular and much used by us. We stayed during something of a heatwave but we never had difficulty sleeping because of the heat and the house was always cool and refreshing. I couldn't find any faults with this accommodation. We were also lucky to have amazing neighbours who arrived just after we did. Our children played together (and also with the infamous kittens!!) and we enjoyed catching up with them in the evenings. The location was excellent - we visited Amsterdam/De Haar castle/Utrecht/Kinderdijk/Efteling and none was over an hour's drive (and many were much shorter - we also used the P&R park and ride for Amsterdam and Utrecht). I would urge anyone thinking of going to do it! P.S. Communication with Gerline and Jochem was fast and easy from booking to staying. Thank you, both, for having us to stay. We will definitely return.
