Ottima posizione

Gli host sono super carini davvero gentili e si prestano per le varie problematiche che possano sorgere. Ci sono alcuni dettagli dell'appartamento che vanno rimodernati e altri cambiati (frigorifero/televisione/tende doccia) i proprietari sono stati molto gentili, tanto da chiedere a termine della vacanza, in cosa potessero migliorare! C'è un piccolo cortile sulla spiaggia ad usufrutto ospiti, comodo per lasciare ombrelloni/giochi pieni di sabbia. Forniscono inoltre lettini e sedie spiaggia per chi ne fosse sprovvisto!.!. Per una vacanza in riva al mare è l'ideale! Se si hanno bimbi piccoli è davvero pratico l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia!

Wow!

Partendo dai proprietari di casa ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, sono persone socievoli, alla mano, gentili e disponibili ad ascoltare per qualsiasi problema o necessità. All’arrivo ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni e consigli del caso, mostrato la casa e dato anche tutta la biancheria necessaria. La casa ha una vista spettacolare, entrambi i balconi affacciano sul mare, davanti non avendo nessuna casa si ha una vista pazzesca. La casa al nostro arrivo era pulita con tutto il necessario per soggiornare come se si fosse a casa propria. Posizione ottima, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, noi abbiamo utilizzato per tutte e due le settimane ombrelloni e lettini, messe a disposizione dai proprietari, per la spiaggia libera e ci siamo trovati benissimo! A pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera c’è anche il bagno calipso, nel caso si volesse prenotare in quella privata. Spiaggia libera e privata ottima per coppie e/o famiglie con bambini. Da tenere sicuramente in considerazione per una prossima vacanza a Lido Adriano. Grazie ancora di tutto ed alla prossima :)

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento nike4 e ci siamo trovati benissimo!!!appartamento piccolo ma carino,dotato ogni comfort e con una vista pazzesca.Posizione centrale per il centro e praticamente sul mare!!! I proprietari davvero molto carini,gentili e super disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente perché anche il paese è dotato di ogni comodità e vivace con locali e ristoranti a portata di mano. Abbiamo passato delle vacanze bellissime

Ottimo posizione dell'appartamento

Proprietari gentilissimi sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre richieste.Appartamento con ottima posizione vista mare.Il contesto si trova difronte alla spiaggia libera pulita ma se uno vuole di fianco ci sono bagni a pagamento.Io ho preferito la spiaggia libera dove il proprietario ha un grande spazio privato di sua proprietà.Sicuramente ci tornerò!

Es war alles OK

Es war sehr ruhiger und schöner Urlaub. Das Haus befindet sich praktisch am breiten freien Strand, der jeden Tag aufgeräumt wurde. Es gibt in der Wohnung alles, was die Urlauber brauchen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nette Leute, vielen Dank. Also, wir hatten keine wesentlichen Probleme. Und wir empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter.

Soggiorno lido Adriano

Il soggiorno a lido Adriano è stato piacevole e rilassante. Il proprietario dell’appartamento è molto cortese e disponibile. L’appartamento si affaccia proprio sul mare ed è comodissimo soprattutto se si hanno bimbi piccoli. Altamente consigliato per chi è interessato a passare una vacanza in questo lido.

Da poco siamo state qui... siamo state contenti anche se d'inverno. Ravenna è praticamente attaccata. Mare freddo però basta aprire le finestre e si sente il mare.i padroni molto disponibili

Sehr nette und freundliche Familie. Sehr einfache Ausstattung, aber im Prinzip hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten - See, Sonne, Heißwasser,Kochplatte . Herr Sergio nach unserer Bitte hat sofort Wasserkocher gekauft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Une situation idéale

Pour nous la situation de la location directement devant la plage et vue sur la mer était idéale. Nous avons pu alterner baignades et farniente sur de la plage rarement bondée en ce début juillet avec visites de Ravenne toute proche, ses célèbres mosaïques et monuments dont le mausolée de Théodoric assez impressionnant.. L'agencement et l' équipement de l' appartement climatisé convenaient plutôt bien à mon sens aux 4 adultes que nous étions dans des conditions de vacances (hormis que nous entendions notamment le matin les voisins le plus proches) et Sergio et Caterina ont été charmants avec nous.

Una vacanza bellissima🏖☀️

E stata una bellissima vacanza. L'appartamento è comodo ai negozi, Bar, pizzerie etc. Ma sopratutto la spiaggia e vicinissima. )) Alla sera abbiamo passeggiato, ci sono tante divertimenti per i bimbi. Ci siamo divertiti . Proprietari gentilissimi, la casa piccola però ce tutto che ti può servire. Grazie Sergio e Caterina per la vostra ospitalità!!!

EMPLACEMENT IDEAL POUR LA PLAGE

Le +++++ : Appartement au pied de la plage et Parking privé. Nous étions 4 mais il est possible d'y séjourner à 6 car l'une des 2 chambres a un lit 2 places + 2 lits superposés 1 place (et 1 lit barreau pour bébé si besoin). Location propre et bien équipée. Seul petit bémol : dans une des 2 chambres, on entend les voisins Durant notre séjour, hormis la plage, nous avons visité Ravenne, très jolie ville mais aussi Bologne et Ferrara. Merci encore à Sergio pour son très bon accueil et sa confiance. Je conseille cet appartement à toutes les familles qui veulent passer des vacances les pieds dans l'eau.

Ottima posizione molto carina consigliata

Molto carina pulita e ben curata .... il fatto di poter scendere le scale del condominio ed essere già sul mare è fantastico, 2 ampie camere matrimoniali ,1 veramente grande dove hanno dormito tutti e 4 i nostri bimbi, l'altra perfetta per 2 persone (noi eravamo 2 famiglie 4 adulti e 4 bambini) e 1 divano letto matrimoniale perciò a nostro parere molto comoda anche per 8, proprietari molto gentili ....CONSIGLIATA .....

Idéal pour la plage

Un appartement idéalement situé au pied d'une plage publique gratuite, à l'ambiance familiale, et proche de tous les commerces nécessaires.Appartement à la déco traditionnelle, très bien équipé, clim efficace appréciée ! Ravenne est à 1/4h de voiture, avec un stationnement très facile le soir, en tout cas au mois d'août Merci à Sergio et son épouse pour son accueil chaleureux
