Central Two Bedroom Apartment on the Second Line of the Beach in Marbella.

Spacious and central apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms facing south, located in the Puente Menor building on the second line of the beach with partial views of the sea in the heart of Marbella surrounded by all the services that the city offers such as restaurants, beaches, area leisure… so the car is not necessary during your stay.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, so it is not necessary to use the elevator. Entering the apartment we find the living-dining room with its L-shaped sofa, dining area, access to the furnished terrace and open kitchen with everything you need to cook such as pans, oven, hob... from the kitchen you access the laundry room where you will find the washing machine. First bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and window overlooking the terrace of the same apartment. Separate bathroom with shower. Master bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, window overlooking the laundry room, and en-suite bathroom with rain shower.

The Puente Menor community has a communal pool open all year round and a magnificent solarium on the top floor of the building with spectacular views of the sea, an ideal place to rest and relax during your vacation.

❄ Three air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

🏊‍ Community outdoor pool open all year, without heating.

🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels per guest (including a beach towel) is included in the rental price.

🚗 If you need parking, once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive information on the public parking closest to the building. We do not manage parking lots.

🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.

The condo kitchen was front of the swimming pool. Everybody look at you. You cannot even open the curtain first water was leaking from the top floor in washroom and just leave the tower on the floor and never came back the cleanup.

Two friends staying

Location is fantastic and the apartment was very clean and worked perfectly for what we needed. There were some things which could be improved compared to other VRBO stays I have done for example there was no welcome/information book with recommended restaurants, local activities, and other item suggestions which generally found in places I have stayed in the past. Only other issue we had involved use of emergency contact number, when our electricity went down and there wasn't any answer from the number when we called and texted and we eventually fixed it ourselves. Otherwise the apartment has incredible location on the beach and a short walk to the old town.
