This beautiful condo is located on a high floor of the Palms Place Tower facing the Las Vegas Strip. The best feature of this condo is the large balcony with expansive & breathtaking strip views. Palms Place Hotel is comfortably removed from the non-stop action of the Palms casino, the ambiance of this tower is contemporary and elegant.

This is an exquisite, 615 square foot studio with an unbelievable view of the Strip. This luxury rental is fully equipped and perfect for individuals or small groups who want the true Vegas experience. It is located in the Aaa Diamond rated resort, Palms Place Hotel and Spa.
The studio has one king size bed and one queen size sleeper sofa.
The full bathroom is marbled from top to bottom, and is complete with a rainfall shower and large Jacuzzi tub.

The Dnd is located next to the front door. Failure to have this light off during Any request is the responsibility of the guest.

Lyft and Uber are reasonable and drop off-pick up is right outside of the tower
There is no shuttle bus to the strip

The Hotel requires a credit card on file for security deposit and any additional charges such as room service to the room. The hold is $100 and is released the day of check-out. Additional towels can be ordered for a nominal fee through the housekeeping department. You can also request linen refresh or light cleaning for reasonable fees, please Inquire through the housekeeping department- this is not part of your nightly rate.
