Cosy quiet lodge in beautiful setting

Very clean, well equipped lodge with the bonus of a hot tub. Well situated to explore the area. Dollar is a lovely village too.

Amazing family time

When we arrived we were blown away with the scenery driving down the hill towards the lodge park. When we arrived at the gates it was beautiful. The lodge was spotless and heating had already been set so it was very cosy. The hot tub was the icing on the cake to chill and relax after venturing out. Dollar glen trails have breathtaking views which i would recommend to anyone visiting!! Originally booked for 2 nights but messaged James on our last night and booked to stay an extra night. Will definitely be back!!

Relaxation and tranquility

The Lodge was well equipped and more for what we needed...set in such a quiet location but absolutely beautiful considering i was only 30mins away from home....beautiful walks for the dog our labrador loved it...only thing i would say not much in the town but i was happy being at the lodge with hot tub....james was a gr8 host and easy contactable if any problems occured much 2 our delight we had no problems and would definitely be back

The lodge was brilliantly awesome, very clean, cosy, everything you'll need for your stay and more, the hot tub is a great feature to have for the lodge, it just made it so much more special, it's extremely quiet, lots of walks.cant fault it.

A hidden gem

It’s always nice to get a break away in between Christmas and New Year and this hit the spot!! A real home from home with lovely touches. The hot tub was tremendous!! It was just peace and tranquility away from the festive madness. We had a lovely long walk at Dollar Glen ending with dinner at a local restaurant. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing weekend at the lodge! The welcome pack on arrival was such a nice surprise and a really nice touch. The lodge, hot tub, and village were all lovely. We’ll definitely book again!

Beautiful lodge

My husband and i stayed here begining of december for edinburgh christmas market. Beautiful lodge everything you needed was there, beautiful settings, even the little christmas tree was very touching. The welcome pack was a added bonus. Hot tub was lovely even though it was raining a bit. Communication on arrival was excellent. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back thank you so much x

Perfect lodge

3 night stay in December. Lodge was absolutely perfect. Clean and tidy, all the kitchen utensils you could need. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus. And the fact the hot tub is sunk adds a little more privacy. We particularly liked the fairy lights round the decking. We will definitely be back!

Weekend break

Property was great, had everything you need for a weekend away and more, host left a lovely welcome hamper which the kids loved, very clean and cosy, hot tub was an added bonus and easy to use instructions were left, there was plenty towels to use for hot tub and showers. location was also good, town within walking distance and only 45 mins to Livingstone if you want shopping and 15 minutes from Knockhill racing circuit, would 100% recommend this property.
