Close to a beautiful beach and shoreline walk

The property was in a great location. It was a little difficult to find so be sure to get instructions on how to locate it. The apartment was wonderful and met all our needs. Great time.

Großzügig und modern

Sehr schöne Wohnung, großzügig, modern, gut ausgestattet. Schöner Pool, Blick ins Grüne, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand u 15 Fahrradminuten ins Ortszentrum. Sehr geeignet für eine erholsame Urlaubswoche - oder auch länger!

Very nice appartment! It was clean and modern. The pool-area and the spa-room was very good. Very close to the beach. It was easy to come in contact with the property manager. We would really recommend this appartment! /Erika with family (from Sweden)

Alles in Ordnung - Sehr gepflegt & Sehr schön wie auf den Bildern Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit Waren im ersten Stockwerk App. 2 6 Personen = 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kleinkinder Wasserdruck bei der Brause im Bad mit dem Whirlpool ist eine Katastrophe sollte aber repariert werden laut Vermieterin Die Deutschen Urlauber in den anderen 2 Wohnungen waren typisch deutsch :) Alle Liegen im Wellnessbereich besetzt.... mit Handtüchern und trotz "Haustiere nicht erwünscht" hatten sie einen kleinen - sehr lauten - Hund mit Diese Appartement´s sind absolut zum empfehlen

Thank you Tanja and Igor for the beautiful holidays passed at your splendid villa. We appreciated the beauty of the villa and the surroundings, the service, the kindness. Thanks to you and to Kaja for being so present and so discrete at the same time. The swimming pool, the bouquets of stars at night, the breathtaking sunsets, the smell and view of pines and lavender, are wonderful.

Herrliche, gepflegte Villa in schöner Lage am Strand!

Excellent stay in a beautiful house

The house is quite beautiful, immaculately clean, and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay very much and we well looked after by owners and staff. The pool is especially beautiful and we could relax happily in the surrounding patio. There is a nice beach nearby and good restaurants. Rovinj is a lovely town. The surrounding countryside is a little drab, but north we found some interesting old towns, notably Porec. And Pula in the south is also well worth a visit.

prachtie accomodatie op supwerplek

een prachtig appartement . zwembad was nog iets koud( we waren er eind april) maar de sauna en whirplool maakte dat ruim goed. niet te geloven wat een wellness ruimte. appartement tiptop in orde. een keurige verhuurder. klein stukje wandelen en je bent bij de zee . een parkeerplek op eigen oprit met een automatisch hek met afstand bediening. de afwerking van dit complex is zeer hoog!! komen zeker een keer terug bij Igor.

Superb New Apartment Developmemt

We had a fantastic stay for 2 weeks in this new development of 3 apartments. The spacious accomodation had all the comforts allowing our stay to be extremely relaxing. The pool was well used and very much enjoyed. Beds very comfortable bathrooms excellent and standard of furnishings very high. Location a very short walk from the Med with 4 differing restaurant options within 200m was great. Otherwise a 10 minute drive Ito the fantastic historical town of Rovinj. The best of the towns on this coast. Owner very friendly and helpful. We will return!

Excellent stay in this beautiful villa in Rovinj

The apartment was beautiful, luxurious, spotless and brand new. We stayed in Apartment Monsena. It is very spacious, very modern with a huge terrace. The air conditioning was a real asset in July. The housekeeper is very nice and helpful. The swimming pool area is also lovely. Location is great too as it is close to a nice rocky beach, restaurants and small market. However a car is necessary to go to Rovinj as it is too far by foot, alternatively Rovinj (beautiful town but full of tourists day and night) can be reached by taxi boat (25 kunas per pers. per way). I would highly recommend this beautiful "dream" villa in a nice quiet area surrounded by trees, away from the crowds.
