The villa is perfectly located on the edge of Pernera and so is still close to Protaras. A short 600m walk to the sea and beautiful boardwalk. Which connects you to both Kapparis and Protaras. This walk also takes you past several great restaurants and bars.

Or you can venture a bit further and 1km away is the start of the bustling Protaras high street.

Our open-plan living and dining area provides the perfect space for family gatherings. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals or perhaps experiment with local Cypriot cuisine. If you are not feeling like cooking whilst away, you can always enjoy a delivery from many of the local restaurants using the WOLT delivery app.

Step outside to your private outdoor haven where a huge swimming pool invites you to take a dip and soak up the sun on the loungers. For al fresco dining, the BBQ area is ideal for sizzling feasts under the stars whilst you chill out on the lounge chairs.

Explore the Local Charm

The villa's location is perfect for exploring Pernera and Protaras. Protaras is within a 10 minute walk (1km) and brings you out by Yianna Marie beach. If you go to the other direction you are a 9 minute walk from the middle of Pernera (650m). Within 15 minutes (1km) you hit the beach of Pernera Bay by Bluespice restaurant. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance but it is also on a bus route for you to enjoy the beautiful beaches and discover local restaurants and shops.


Parking is generally free in the area (the villa has a private drive) but parking can be sparse. However guests can easily get away with not having a car.
